Horrible! Avoid! I was sent here after post heart surgery. Upon getting my room, I needed to use the bathroom. The bedpan was dirty, not from me. I laid in bed and started to feel heart palpitations, so I rang the nurse bell. Nobody showed. I repeated several times, and still, nobody showed. I went into the hall and found a retired nurse literally in the hall, ignoring my earlier nurse requests. I told her what I was experiencing and she checked my radial pulse. She told me my heart was out of rhythm. So now what? She had no stethoscope. I didn't see anything that looked like a medical instrument. As I got no answer I told her I was calling 911. She called 911 and I waited for paramedics to take me back to Dominican, which is where I came from just 3 or 4 hours earlier. I will never return. I doubt they have a competent staff other than people with very minimal training and maybe 1 RN per shift for lord knows how many patients.

Absolutely below par at best!!! The food is by far one the worst experiences ever, portions were extremely small and quality of food was ridiculously disappointing. I constantly had to literally beg and in some cases argue with the staff to receive additional portions or alternate meals (that then took a ridiculous amount of time if at all!!!) the "snacks" that they offered were horrid if at all available and again ridiculously small. My medication was a nightmare as well. They seem to be very much more concerned with the shift changing , break times, times of kitchen staff availability, ect. Than the correct times and dosages when administered. They're staff overall lacks etiquette, social skills, and sense of caring for the patients overall health or well being. The staff was for the most part rude, condescending, an d could be heard talking badly about patients in the hallways.Completely understaffed, staff that was on hand (nurses and CNAs) were overall uncaring, rude, dispondant, untruthful, and condescending. I was spoken to and treated as if I was a child or criminal of some sort. There were (although very few) some acceptions of course.

The employees were really nice, the facility looked clean and they are taking good care of my uncle. It was really hard to find parking I had to walk for 3 to 4 minutes. Only two people at a time. I love that they ask for your Covid19 proof.

All of my mother's personal belongings have been stolen including her hearing aids that cost more than $1,000. Well over a year ago social services told me they would get her into the doctor to get new hearing aids. That never happened I cannot speak with my mother on the phone because she can't hear and also because no one ever answers the phone and if they do it goes to the nurses station and they will not answer I have called 19 times in the past 4 days trying to speak with my mother. Today I filed a claim with the state of California and with an attorney. These people are pure scumbags. I hope they all suffer the most horrific experiences that life has to offer.

I’ve been to this facility there is nothing about it that I’d say is positive. It’s actually depressing, from the moment you walk in and the rooms are tiny with 2 people in it. Some of the staff need better training they have no compassion for the residents. Especially not those that can’t speak up for themselves. They are terrible with answering lights and attending to the patients. I know it gets hectic but if you can’t do your job right don’t do it at all leave it for the right people with the right intentions. Ombudsman needs to step in with state

Living in another state, I have tried multiple times over 3 weeks to speak to my mother on the phone, only to find that they apparently have ONE cordless phone for 19 people, and it is ALWAYS in use. I have tried also to speak to a nurse to ask about how my mother is doing and what they are doing for her, and they never seem to have any nurse available. I am not even sure she is eating well. I am hoping to move her somewhere else.
After flying there and visiting, I found the people to be friendly, but still short on staff.
