It's certainly Not Dr.Fosters any longer! Made my appointment months in advance the called me to move my appointment and asked if I could come the next morning I agreed then I came in for them to give me the runaround and didn't tell me they no longer take my insurance! And wanted me to sign to pay in cash they also doubled the cost of a cleaning ! I also referred my Mother she's paid cash and her crown fell out !

Just a horrible so called dental office to go to in my opinion, first the place was so boiling hot inside.

Please don’t waste your time if you have a tooth ache, they got me in the same morning I called and I know why now, they did absolutely nothing except tell me I had a tooth that needed to come out however they would not do it unless I could pay $675 on the spot for a bone graft.

The person who took my X-ray had to take one single picture over and over again cause she could not see what she needed and then she judgmentally asked when I last had my teeth cleaned. I told her it had been awhile. Nothing like kicking someone when they’re down and in pain. In the end I could not afford it so they showed me the door and sent me on my way with a piece of paper that said $675, oh and that girl rudely recommended I not wait to get it taken out “because it will get worse”. Ya think?

Look, they're good people and extremely nice, but I have gone back almost 10 times trying to fix a simple cavity that is giving me pain. I STILL have problems with it to the point where I can't even eat or drink a single meal without pain. It's much much worse than the initial cavity I had. So now I have to go to a different dentist and pay someone else to do the job I already paid them for to hopefully correct the problem they created. They told me tooth sensitivity to hot and cold is normal but almost a month of constant pain and not even able to eat or drink is not normal. I won't ever go back.

If there were no stars I would give zero stars because they use a ceric machine which cost me over 12 of my teeth and I am now having to spend $60,000 to get implants after losing 70% of my jaw bone without my doctor mentioning it at all. Several dentists who saw the situation said it was worthy of a lawsuit To tell you the terrible things that Dr. Tran put me through they got me to take an appointment with her and then would no longer let me see Dr Foster and then kicked me out after they ruined my teeth. The doctor would only take time to look at one problem in my mouth and would ignore others. They were always in a hurry, and did not make great Fitting crowns. Dr. Tran was so mean and unpersonable. It was all a set up to get me to leave so that they wouldn’t have to take responsibility for the decades of neglect. Also, they didn’t want to submit anything that is out of the ordinary to Denti-cal, because it takes work on their part.

I must have gone on an off-day according to all the other positive reviews. the staff was not friendly at all, so I started getting uneasy because they seemed so unhappy to be there. Then, sitting in the dentist chair waiting for the dentist, I looked over at one of the machines. It had splatter marks all over it like it had not been cleaned in sometime. Then I went to the bathroom and the trash can was overflowing with debris, plastic cups rubber gloves, paper towels. The windowsill was very dirty. I almost left . The dentist came in but it was not Doctor Foster it was someone else. She was very nice as was the dental attendant that was with me. But I just got a bad feeling. Don't think I will be going back

A few years ago i went there for a tooth extraction. the Dentist Donald took out my tooth but broke it and a little piece stayed in my gum and now I'm starting to get abscesses. After a month passes I went back to them to tell them & the receptionist told me they couldn't do anything about it i ask her if he could just remove it since he broke it she said i had to pay out of pocket for for his mistake. Since then I've never been there anymore & don't recomment it to anyone!!

Dr Foster has been my dentist since I was little, going way back to even my grandma and mom came to him for dental work! He always makes me laugh! Very sweet man! Recommended over Dentes or Western Dental. I've been to both to comfort friends and those places are a nightmare! Dr. Foster's office is comfy! Filled with his travel photography and just over all a great environment! 22 years I been coming here, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. 🙂

Horrible place after Dr Foster retired they are a rip off they charge my son over 1k to replace a crown that they put in mayb 2.5 yrs ago crowns are not supposed to break that fast I've had my crowns for over 20 yrs! And when I called them they said oh we gave a big discount I said a discount on work you just did my insurance told me a crown has atleast a 3- 5yr warranty especially since insurance will only cover crowns every 5 yrs on same tooth I am still waiting for their call back. They also charged him for cleaning and xrays because they did not get covered benefits from his ins before his apt . Horrible Horrible place
