Wonderful experience ! Front office staff and Dr. Cross are amazing . After my first experience getting a root canal with my previous Dentist , I was terrified to do anything related. But Dr. Cross explained the dental treatment step-by-step , listen to my concerns and addressed everything. He was very detailed, attentive and did all he could to make me comfortable. I felt no pain throughout my procedure, and they were very accommodating making sure that I was comfortable and made the whole procedure process smooth .

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I’ve been experiencing the worst tooth pain & was extremely scared of going to the dentist. However Dr. Cross & Maria definitely made me feel super comfortable & explained the whole procedure thoroughly & continuously checked on me to make sure I was okay. I ended up needing a root canal in which they were able to finish within that same day! So thankful that I no longer have pain & had such an amazing experience!

If I could give 6 stars [**], I would do so. I will definitely recommend Watsonville Endodontics to all my friends and their family members after my experience.

I had severe pain in upper rear molar area that was keeping me awake at night and nagging me all day. I could not get relief except for a heating pad to my cheek. I desperately needed to see someone to help resolve the issue.

I contacted Watsonville Endodontics and they were able to fit me into their busy schedule within a couple days (I was a first time patient).

The office location is easy to find and inside has a relaxing atmosphere with pleasant music. The staff put me at ease throughout my root canal prep (Billing estimates and insurance coverage, CT scan, xrays).

Dr Cross is very knowledgeable and skilled. The equipment used for scans and xrays is impressive. He was able to clearly identify the work that was needed. He also explained the root canal procedure steps and as he progressed, he made sure I was doing alright.

Dr Cross and his staff are absolutely top notch! Extremely professional throughout my entire visit.

I'm writing this review the day after the procedure and I am happy to report I have zero pain now! A great feeling indeed!

I highly recommend Watsonville Endodontics! Dr. Cross made all the difference in my lack of coincidences and trust in Dentists. I saw a specialist prior to Dr. cross that told me my root canal could not be done and that I would lose both of my back teeth on top. I decided to get a second opinion from Dr. Cross; he was able to save my tooth, he is not afraid of a challenge and did an amazing job! I can’t say enough good things about him, his skill's and his staff! Great clean atmosphere, good energy, they call and check on you a day or two after your procedure etc. Not to mention I have very high anxiety going to the dentist, Dr. Cross and his assistants were so patient, comforting and accommodating! This is the best treatment I have had in years regarding a dental experience!! Thank you Dr. Cross for helping me regain some confidence in my smile! 😀

I broke an eye tooth at the gum line and was referred to Dr. Randolph Cross for a root canal by Dr. Sam Christensen, my general dentist. Every part of the experience with Dr. Cross was handled smoothly and with attention to my comfort and safety, before, during and even the day after the procedure, when his office called to see how I was doing.

Dr. Cross is knowledgeable, personable, a great communicator, and a skilled clinician. He explained our progress, as we went, and cautioned me whenever I might feel some discomfort, though I never did, even after he performed a limited gingivectomy to expose more tooth for my dentist to work with on a crown.

My dentist was--apparently unsurprisingly--impressed with and commented on the craft in Dr. Cross's work. I recommend him without reservation for any endodontic procedures.
