The hospital was very pleasant. My experience in nuclear medicine was positive, and the technician, George, was particularly reassuring. He answered all my questions thoroughly and provided clear explanations.

My experience is based solely on the Labor and Delivery Department of the hospital. This was my first labor and delivery experience with my first child.

The day I started having contractions, their phonelines were down due to an AT&T issue, I was freaked out of course so I went in as directed by my Kaiser nurse to go and check in just in case since I couldn't speak to anyone.

Once I was checked in and was taken to the second floor of the Maternity Unit I was put at ease. Darla was our triage nurse and was so sweet and funny and I already was feeling more comfortable as she checked my vitals. I even felt happy and excited because of how she made me feel.

Once I moved into a room of my own , we met with Dona ( whom we ended up seeing the following day as well because I didn't give birth until the following day. She along with Lacy (traveling nurse) and the woman who administered the epidural Trisha I believe...

I am writing this two months post partum so I hope I didn't forget their names . I am so grateful for the Watsonville Community Hospital Maternity Ward. I would not hesitate to go there again if I were to have a second child. Thank you all for taking care of me!

I also appreciate they let my family witness the birth and be there to support me .

If you are reading this and deciding where to have your child. Be rest assured you'll be taken care of here. Good luck=)

Very nice hospital. Didn’t take very long to register. The nurses in the area I went to were so friendly and helpful. I was a bit nervous about my procedure, but honestly had nothing to worry about. Donna was my nurse and Dr Kline did my procedure. I was very happy about going there

The nurses and doctors at the wound clinic have been friendly and supportive as well as competent while providing the high level of regular care that I have received there over many years. Even when my regular Dr. Hasn’t been available in an emergency, the staff has found a way for me to be seen and treated. For a small hospital the wound clinic provides services on par with any other facility I have been a patient in. What a great group of people providing sometimes difficult patients with kind, supportive and technical care for very serious conditions that might otherwise be ignored. They keep me coming back with a smile!

From my emergency room treatment to admittance and discharge, this hospital was on its game. Excellent nursing staff. Attentive, knowledgeable doctors. Do not let the facade and age of the building discourage your use. Such good care.

I was at the hospital for outpatient care. There were plenty of staff who were very helpful and certainly knew their jobs. I am grateful the community came together last year to approve bonds to fund improvements to the facility.

Very quiet hospital, barely saw any people except for the one department I went to. Seen 40 minutes after scheduled appointment time but once I was shown into the exam room, things went quickly and efficiently. Very professional and helpful staff and congenial doctor who inspired confidence in his knowledge and ability.
First visit ever to Watsonville Community Hospital- good first impression but where are all the people?
