Lauren and Kelly lead the team at Watermark with compassion, dedication, and a wealth of knowledge in the industry. These ladies are truly experts in senior living and they want the best for their residents and families.

This community offers delicious meals, a wide variety of stimulating activities, and a fun, upbeat atmosphere. The aesthetics are beautiful and the community offers calm vibes with the perfect decor.

I recently visited a friend at Watermark in Laguna Niguel and the community was beautiful! Everyone was so kind, helpful and welcoming. We stayed and had lunch in the restaurant and the food and service were amazing! It felt like I was at a 5-star restaurant! This would be such a wonderful place for anyone to live!

Recently I reached out to watermark Laguna in hopes to find some answers for my mother. She is in early states of dementia and I can see the writing on the wall …. Not sure how to navigate any of this and the pressure from family and friends has been closing in on me. Called watermark Laguna Niguel and was greeted with a friendly and non threatening resource. I was able to relay what was going on- discuss resources and even though this style of living is not in the cards for my mother financially — Lauren gave me resources and the support needed to move forward . Watermark Laguna Niguel is a new, beautiful facility in a convenient location. Attractive accommodations—my mom’s room is spacious, clean and far nicer than what she had at her previous assisted living facility.

Resident's in Watermark’s memory care get hands on attention in a safe environment. From trivia games to bingo to educational videos to arts & crafts —Malu Mariano keeps residents active, stimulated and involved in group activities.

My Husband Andrew is 55 with Early onset Alzheimer’s, we made a decision to both moved to assisted living at Watermark Laguna Niguel on January 1/2024. Our goal was to both feel safe and to establish a relationship, before Andrew Alzheimer’s progress and he needs to moves to Memory care. I have to say living here has exceeded our expectations..We have a super cute apartment with an amazing view. The staff has
supported us in our journey with Early on set Alzheimer’s caring, kind and very open to helping us get our needs met..They have set up a program for Andrew that involves golfing, Boxing and Doing flower arranging, and so much more.
He loves it!
The people we have met who are also living at Watermark are lovely ☺️ I feel that this is a very special place and the environment is so happy and everyone who lives here is well taken care of…Plus our dog was able to come with us ❤️ We looked at a lot of options before choosing Watermark and this hand down the number 1 choice for both of us..Laura
