I arrived without an appointment but didn’t have to wait long to get in. I had trouble filling out the info but Amy, who is customer friendly and wonderful! I then was called back by Marilyn. She is kind hearted and takes great care of the patients. My doctor’s name is Mary! She was efficient, professional, and willing to listen and do whatever she thought necessary for me to feel better. I was with every step and will return again when needed.

They were fast. Efficient. Friendly. And supportive to my little two year old! I was impressed with how Blake, the nurse practitioner, interacted with my son! Our visit was 12/26- the day after Christmas- im sure they were busy and tired and wanted to be home with family but remained attentive and we felt cared for.

I hurt my back yesterday afternoon, and found myself still in pain today. I knew something was wrong, and would need a note for work. I had previously been to this urgent care once in the past, and had a good experience, so I decided to go today. I didn’t book an appointment. I just walked in. There was nobody there, and one woman that came in behind me. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. The check in process was quick and easy. In fact, I sat down to finish checking in on my phone, and was called back by the nurse before I could even finish. I didn’t have to wait in the doctor’s office for long at all either, which at most places normally isn’t the case. The APRN that saw me had great bedside manner. I was given a shot, as well as a prescription sent in to the pharmacy across the street. I was very satisfied with the whole experience. I’ve been to more than a few urgent care clinics in the past, and this is one of the best. I would recommend this place to anybody in the area. It’s definitely better than the one in Siloam Springs, Arkansas.

Really surprised by the professional and speedy medical service that I received. Had to wait a little while before seeing the doctor but staff was very polite and helpfully. They listened to me and provided me the service that you hardly receive these days. Will definitely be using this clinic for future medical needs.

The receptionist was extremely friendly and involved in trying to get me taken care of. I had to take my daughter to this same location once months ago & the same person was at the front desk too & she was equally as friendly and kind that day as well. Mary was my doctor and she was thorough, caring and listened to my concerns. I will no doubt be going again if my pcp isn't available. Thank you team!

Just showed up and was able to be seen in about 30 minutes the day before Thanksgiving. Saved our Holiday! They were very caring, attentive and thoughtful. And very thorough! Would definitely recommend!
