I have been utilizing the professionals and equipment at Total Spine for the past 14 years. Dr Knox, PA Michael Valentine, and PT Kirk Rogerson have helped me keep my back strong and aligned and avoid back surgery even with my degenerative disc disease. I have stayed with them through 2 facility moves and many changes in people and equipment. My lower back and now my cervical area has gone through ups and downs and multiple MRIs etc. during this time, but I always work hard at my PT and believe in the guided use of the DAVID machines and all the other exercises. I pay for and believe in the effectiveness of their PT maintenance program (thanks, Heidi) - what is more important than being able to walk and go through life with minimal pain?

Everyone there is so thoughtful , each and every employee from the Dr's to the Physical therapists and assistants, and phone staff all genuinely care about everyone that comes there!
I must also give a huge shout out to Leanna, she listens and is not afraid to go above and beyond! She actually made a difference in my pain, she used pressure and her awesome elbow, and for the first time in years I felt almost normal for a few days with no meds! Thank you all for all you do!

I've used their services and facilities over many years and I continue to do so. Their physical therapists and their tech people have always maintained the highest professional standards. I've not found that to be the case elsewhere in Fayetteville.

This place has a lot of potential & has been helping folks for a while. I got a new employee that after one visit decided to quadruple my exercise routine (that was yesterday). Today, my back is hurt again & I may miss work tomorrow. What kind of thinking was that dude doing?
