Derrick is a great massage therapist. I have scheduled an appointment because I had a shoulder and neck pain over two month and pain would not go away. After very first session I felt instant relieve and after 3rd or 4th sessions I feel no pain at all. My body feels lubricated and more flexible, I sleep better and feel much better in general. I do a lot of riding and cycling events, and after 8-12 hours on the bike my body is pretty beat up. My brother in-law gave me a Groupon for 3 sessions with Bodyworks Plus as a Xmas gift. I finally got around to using it, and I’m glad I did. Derrick really knows what he’s doing and the deep tissue massages have been really helping me recover for my next cycling events . I’m going to continue going and sign up as a member too!

Easy to book an appointment, the place was easy to find, parking was decently easy. Room was basic and comfortable. His massage techniques were novel for me, but it was a good massage. Definitely recommend!
