Lucy went above and beyond for me at the checkout. She is very quick, one of the fastest people I've ever seen. I had a doordash order and tried to get the best deal for my customer. She helped me get the in store manager special with a smile and was very patient with me even though I was slowing down the line a bit. Will come back here 100%.

I went a few days ago with a friend and the cashier and bagging person were very nice. I believe the cashier was Luke but I always like to shop here for flowers or whenever I need snacks. The staff are always helpful 🙂

I needed help with an app BUT the mgr Jody could not help me she was not busy and I was in 😘 ne Jody put the Johnny the bag person help me I felt HUMILIATED, SAD, UNCOMFORTABLE with Jody decision. I HIGHLY recommend JOHNNY a RECOMMENDATION FOR HIS PATIENTS HARD WORK N MAKING ME LAUGH IM A 62 YR OLD WOMAN AND LOVED EVER BIT OF JOHNNY MAKING ME FEEL BETTER. SHAME ON YOU JODY AND THE HEAD STORE MAN THAT WAS ALSO RUDE. JOHNNY NEVER LET JODY BREAK YOUR SPIRITS YOU KEEP ON MAKING PEOPLE LAUGH YOU NEVER KNOW WHERE THEY HAVE BEEN. Kind of had a weird experience with this location a moment ago. I brought in my large cold bag because I was planning to buy cold items. We got cod and ground beef which I placed in the cold bag (they were in the discounted section so already close to expiring) because we weren’t sure how long we were gonna be in the store and I wanted to keep them cold. Not 5 minutes later down another aisle a male employee walks by and calls out to us “you folks finding everything okay?” And we, confused, say “yeah, thanks?” and he just continues walking. Had nothing to do in the aisle and walked and stopped there like he was specifically looking for us. In all my time shopping there, never had an employee look out for us like that. Obviously someone must have tipped them off that the “shady couple hid something in their bag.” Trust me if we were going to steal, it wouldn’t be discounted cod and discounted ground beef.
Edit: I’d also like to add that, as you can see, “Vons” below me has replied and asked me to message them about this incident, I guess to feign care for their customers. I messaged them and never got a reply back.

Kristin and Robert were extremely rude and unprofessional! I ask Kristin for a money order she ask me to provide my social security card information I asked her why she responded “I don’t know it’s what the paper is asking it’s not like i want it for myself” I asked her to call a manger Robert walks over and says “whatever she told you is correct” i asked for the number for the corporate office Robert gave me a incorrect number and as i was leaving the store he kept yelling comments towards me

Went to this Von’s today,
Customer service was a complete joke, visited the deli for chicken, the girl behind the counter acted like I was bothering her and both girls didn’t even know where the fresh tortilla chips were located in their own store.
The checker was just okay, and the kid bagging groceries named Doug (which BTW I started bagging myself before he showed up) completely ignored me when I spoke to him, until I said his name. I guess he thought the mask he was wearing made him invisible?
Only plus to this store is it is neat and not crowded, probably because of the high prices and lack of customer service!
