My mother lived at Vista Harden Ranch for two years. She had a wonderful experience there, in fact, her health improved after she moved there, as the support and care was exemplary.
We are so grateful for the expert, and very supportive environment there. I highly recommend this facility. The pricing is very affordable and the staff are very caring.

This place is highly not recommended. As an ex employee, If i could, i would rate 0 ⭐️. Starting off with the poor management! There is 0 communication. Half the time we had to use other resident supplies due to low supplies even after notifying head management Joy. If your family member is on the Memory side care i highly feel bad for them, furniture is disgusting . nothing is nice about this place it smells really bad. I could not imagine being here longer than a week . Especially with the employees attitude tours the residents after they get disappointed at following orders that were supposed to be followed.If only they can treat the residents the way they would want their parents to be treated! During noc shift they’re supposed to be at least 2-3 employees to help with 50 residents. Management would try to leave one person if other did not show up INSTEAD of them showing up to help themselves.Can you imagine 1 person assisting that many residents… Not to mention, the bad pay. I had a situation going on pretty much every pay check. I had to be checking my hours(would add up to days) due to missing money all the time.i would always have to call Maria (HR) to get my money on a different check due to someone removing my hours of the clock in machine ? Not to mention , the clock in machine is ran by HR . If i was you there working currently ,I’d be checking my ADP every pay check . Thank me later (:

I definitely recommend Vista Harden Ranch to any families looking for a facility for a loved one. We were treated extremely well during every interaction. On top of their wonderful care they were also reasonably priced which is also very important as well.

I didn't know what to expect when we arrived at Vista Harden (and finding the right place for mom is difficult enough), but as soon as we walked in we all felt warmly greeted by people who felt like family. Then we learned there was a new owner who is committed to the staff and residents. WOW! More than we could expected.

As some of you know facing the thought that one or both of your parents may be in need of more assistance than you are able to provide can be a heart breaking and overwhelming one. My family faced this and found Emeritus at Harden Ranch. Joan and Dina were professional, kind, compassionate and understanding. They walked us through the long process of getting all of us (especially our mother) emotionally ready to make this step.

The first day my mother joined in the activities and 3 months later hasn't slowed down. After a day or two of living there she said she wouldn't want to be anywhere else. This was an amazing change of heart.

We are so happy and please with Emeritus and would recommend it to anyone.

I’d give Vista Harden zero stars if I could. The management is awful! Does not address concerns of the families or the residents. Joy is worthless. Not all the staff was s vaccinated.

Disorganized, short staffed and unprofessional. Owners and managers not interested in the quality of care your loved one receives. If you want to be constantly annoyed, this is the spot for you!
