Visions Assisted Living of Apache Junction

I can't say enough how happy I am that my dad has found a home at Visions. All the staff there are spectacular and most important, they treat my Dad like he’s a HUMAN. It’s a hard time of life and almost as hard to take care of people when they are at this point in life. I think Visions does a better job than most at creating a community where people can feel like they have something to look forward to every day.

Visions Assisted Living in Apache Junction, AZ has been the sweetest experience for me and my mom. The love and kindness we received through their tender care was over the top and beyond my expectations. Thank you so much for your loving service to my mom. She appreciated how kind and helpful each of the staff members were to her.

Visions is a great place to have your parents be taken care of, because they’re very attentive to the residents, the facility is clean & attractive, & the food is good. The facility is nice inside & out, very homey. Angelica & the other care givers of our mom were exceptional. Angelica used her own cell phone, to let my hubby talk to his mother one last time. Without Angelica, he wouldn’t have been able to tell his mother what a good mother she was. They also told each other they loved each other. Without Angelica, mom would have left this world without those important words said & heard. In closing, I highly, & enthusiastically recommend Visions for your loved ones.

My mother was there for about a month. She was able to continue physical therapy and eventually she came back home. While there the staff was friendly, outgoing and patient. The lady in charge, Angela was really a big help. I had tons of paperwork and she was knowledgable and showed me how to complete it. She also was able to supply furniture for mom's clothes and a tv too. When the time comes we will definitely keep Visions in mind.

I just placed my sister here. I love the fact it's small. It's very clean and the meals look really good, home cooked and fresh. Angelica is great about keeping me in the loop of my sister's care. It's only a mile from me which I love and I can stop by anytime. Also she receives mobile medical care which makes it much easier on her and me!

They were sure eager to take the $6000, prorated $ one day for the 30th of November, (which was his birthday) to get my dad a place to stay, but after he passed one week later, they ghosted all our attempts of communication about checking out and getting the rest of the months rent refunded! So if you’re loved one is put in his room, that room has already been paid for for the entire month of Dec! They are double dipping on rent! His room was immediately emptied out the day he passed. They are keeping our money for rent and services that are not being rendered! As we were walking out with all of his personal belongings that were left, not one person said anything to us… no condolences, no recognition, not a single word or glance, no help, no attention. No closure. It was awful!

this faucity was not clean , the don’t wash dishes they sanitize them, the food is horrible, they found two rats it’s disgusting. not a good place.

I don't know who they paid for the good reviews, but for the love of God, do not send a loved one here. The staff is completely useless. They were stealing out of my grandmother's room. The food had the quality like a 10 year old made it. I'd come bring my grandparent food and staff wouldn't even give it to her, straight into the trash. The list goes on and on guys. If you hate your grandparent, then by all means book them a room.
