i recently had my great great grandma stay here and it was great, all the staff were positive and outgoing and one staff member in particular was michelle the director of the activity department i think it was. 5/5 recommend.

We recently had our grandmother stay at Visalia Post-Acute and had a great experience. Starting with the admissions process. They were organized and efficient to assist with every need at the time of discharge from a local hospital. Staff made sure to check in periodically and was always available to help facilitate further communication between the facility and family. The therapy team was phenomenal! They each took the time to listen to our loved one and gave her the gentle push to accomplish her therapy to get back home. If we ever need care for a loved one it will be at Visalia Post-Acute.

My grandma is a current resident at this facility. The few times I’ve gone to visit her the staff is all very kind and helpful when I have questions. We’ve also been able to join in on the fun when they have game nights it’s a lot of fun!

This place is the most awesome place. All the nurses and care givers are great. When my own time comes and i cant be cared for at home i would love to stay here. They keep the family informed about everything that’s going on about your loved one. My mom Lena will be home monday with hospice care but she loved her stay here

My mom Catherine ended up in the facility after having a seizure in September. My sister works there and said that was the best place for our mom to get care. So far things are going good. I'm happy with the care I see her getting when I visit

You can tell the building has been in the process of updates/remodels and it looks really nice! The staff was always kind & as accommodating as could be. I appreciate the care that was given & the upkeep of the facility - ensuring my dad had a comfortable experience.

My dad is currently a resident at VPA and has been there since November 2021. In the 2 years he’s been there I have had little to no problems or complains. And if I ever do the nurses are always on top of it. Didi has been my go to and I appreciate her help more than she knows. It makes me comfortable knowing my dad is somewhere like VPA.
