recently had the pleasure of having a client stay at Victoria Healthcare for several weeks. I was impressed right from the start, before my client had even arrived. I’ve had multi experience with Rehabilitation centers and Victoria was very hands on with understanding our needs with our family member. We all need remember this is a rehabilitation center wanting your needs to become stronger again. Any additional requirements you have to review what is best for the patient care. Have your family members work as a team to constant observe the care your loved one needs. Every facility has up and down days. Most of ours was handle very well. With patience, determination learning every challenge I believe the outcome to become more understanding for success. Major Thanks to Sandra our case manager, Alma, Ciro, Zudy, Ella, Olivia, Christina, kitchen staff team and many others. We are going to miss you all and grateful for the experience. I recently had to spend time in a rehabilitation facility in between hospital stays. The first 2 I stayed in were in Huntington Beach and the management staff was horrible, the last two times I spent in Victoria. The staff was great. Sandra, Oliva, Ella, John and Jay were the best. The physical therapists were knowable and worked with me on getting my strength back.
Hopefully I will not need the facility again, but it was great for when I did. Keep up the good work

Victoria Healthcare is a great facility! Aways clean and the staff is very friendly and always there to assist! I would recommend Victoria 100% to anyone that needs a place for their loved one. We treat everyone like family here! 🙂
