Working with Carolyn has been truly refreshing. I started seeing Carolyn to resolve back pain that I struggled with for over a year that came from a sciatica injury and was prolonged by ultra marathon training. To make things more complex, I had recently sprained my ankle in a race and was trying to figure out how to manage that, along with the back pain.

Carolyn listened to my situation and then got to work. She did a few pelvic and back releases and gave me a reasonable amount of exercises to do. I kept up with them, and in less than three months, my back issue had disappeared, and my ankle healed.

Carolyn is amazing! She's incredibly knowledgeable about the human body and the pelvic floor. I highly recommend meeting with Carolyn if you're having any post partum issues with pelvic floor/incontinence/etc or if you are trying to get back to a workout routine as quickly as possible. Carolyn came highly recommended to me from a personal trainer at my gym that knew I had suffered from an ACL injury and never fully recovered post-surgery.
