The service and attentiveness at Venice Family Dentistry is unmatched! Going to the dentist is so scary for me and my husband and the entire staff make us feel comfortable every time. I am currently undergoing my clear correct treatments and have 1 more tray left to go! Long story short... I was frantically looking for any (reputable) dentist today that could see me for a chipped tooth emergency. I recently moved to LA county so have no dentist here and had no where to even begin. I ended up down the street at new smile dental to be turned away as, "the chipped tooth was out of the dentist's expertise." So panicked, I literally ran down the road to Venice Family Dentistry and arrived as they were closing. The AMAZING team STAYED OPEN for 2 hours for me to fix my tooth and make sure I was ok. Wow. I am still speechless at this dedication, care, and commitment to patient service.
Dr. Morris did an incredible job applying a filling to my front chipped tooth and, honestly, it has never looked better and was not painful or discomforting at all. Which is shocking considering how bad I am with dentists.
This was one of the best unusual/unlikely happen-stances to occur to me, because now, I have not only fixed my tooth, but now have a regular dentist to visit. I will be back next weekend to see Dr Morris for a *normal* visit and cleaning. God bless this whole team - especially Dr Morris and Dory at the front desk!! She was the sweetest receptionist ever and I am further looking forward to returning just to see them again! Thank you so much!!
