My wife was at the La Crosse VA and the nurse, Marilyne was completely rude and disrespectful. She walks into the building and gets yelled at in the lobby for being late even though she was on time. How is it that in any actual health care facility patients are treated with respect but the VA thinks it's ok to treat patients however they want.
