There have been multiple changes to leadership at this facility likely related to unlawful activity and the lack of oversight. Lauren Carrier is still a physicians assistant in Clarion PA despite engaging in healthcare fraud and a conspiracy against civil rights. Patient Advocate Ann McKee was aware of her crimes.
