I absolutely adored the competent enthusiasm of my care team. Resident doctor actually listened to me and genuinely loved what she did:) The attending was a very sweet woman who remembered meeting me before. It was awesome to be seen as a functioning human and not being seen for a complaining sick person. Meds seem to be working! Hopefully my singing voice returns before our next gig.

Dr Svarverud is fabulous! I cannot say enough about how appreciative I am of the care she gives my mother. She is always going above and beyond normal care standards. I have been a nurse for 30 yrs (I currently work in primary care) and have never met a provider that takes such great care of her patients. I am grateful for the time she gives to fully understand what is going on at every appointment. UW is lucky to have her on their team. What ever she is paid is not enough.

Dr Shaw was wonderful. She entered the room clearly prepared and ready to pick up where our last visit left off. She ensured each chronic issue was discussed even if all was needed was to ensure I was matched with the correct specialty to manage it. I left feeling assured that I had someone very capable helping to prevent unnecessary gaps in care. I hope she stays local upon completion of her fellowship.

Amazing place! I was greeted with a smile and wonderful assistance! The nurse who started the visit was pleasant and helpful! The Doctor I saw was friendly, calming and she showed interest in the reason for my visit and was very informative!! We had nice conversations throughout! The Verona clinic is a great facility!

Dr. Mark Wirtz was very caring and knowledgeable during my visit today. I appreciated his patience and thoughtful suggestions with the issues I discussed with him. Though I was one of his last patients of the day, I didn’t feel rushed or brushed aside. I felt like I was as important as his first patient. I was grateful to have had his expertise today.

The receptionist at window one initiated contact with me offering to help and she was very helpful and very friendly I appreciated Her visual and informational interaction with me. Because of the windows and the difference in height between her sitting down and I standing I would just encourage her to not be so shy and look at where she is speaking and to whom So that she could be understood even better. This is not a complaint just an observation part of it no doubt is between operating machinery all my life and listening to music I may require a little bit more of voices that carry.

The assistant that checked me in with weight height blood pressure etc. was very friendly very fun to interact with also very professional And knowledgeable with respect to what tasks he was carrying out that is very nice trust and confidence in the clinic was building with every passing moment.

The crux and purpose of the visit Was to initiate a new patient relationship With the clinic and staff especially in this instant with Doctor Molly/Dr. Vernon. It is a true fact to say that I love the thought of her being my doctor she Is bright eyed, Energetic, Very deliberate and purposeful & While obviously concerned for my well-being and my health maintenance Goals she was also Very understanding and somewhat compromising with respect to my reservations for minimal drug taking and further investigations. She did make quite clear the priorities that she wanted me to adopt as part of my healthcare regiment a mutual agreement was reached maybe somewhat reluctantly on her part with the reservation but we definitely moved forward together & I truly am in love with the idea of her being the one to keep me on the straight and narrow in my golden years.

I also appreciate that the good doctor brought to my attention a couple things that I hadn't thought of and that I will now take care of at Her behest.

I was also impressed that she conferred with another medical professional With respect to the details of further treatment.

Also the lab personnel got right after the pokey blood test & We're quite personable with the interaction.

The comfort level and fun of being there with the staff to do what's necessary is not to be underestimated.

In conclusion I just am very thankful very grateful Very lucky to have been selected as a patient at the UW Verona health clinic.
