I went in for an injured knee. The wait was not long at all. The office was very clean and the staff were amazingly friendly! When my time came up, they brought a wheelchair and helped in every way they could. I was given x rays then saw the Dr. What a sweet Dr. she gave me crutches and even made me try them out in front of her to make sure I was using them correctly and wasn’t going to fall or hurt myself. My regular general Practioner was surprised when I told him. He said must urgent cares do not care and will just send you on your way. The staff was great! I highly recommend this office. If anything comes (hoping it doesn’t) I will definitely go there again!

I have had a great experience every time I’ve needed to come to Urgent Care Pros. Whether it was for myself, my spouse, or my children. My past visit was extremely pleasant, as Dr. Moore was so caring to me as a patient. She sat down and took time to discuss my issue and answered any and all questions I had without ever making me feel rushed.

Called in to ask a question for what insurance is accepted and energy and professionalism was top tier over the phone. Minutes after the call I arrived at the clinic and I was greeted by Lizzy. Asked for all my information and answered all my questions with ease. I only waited about 7-10 minutes before being called. Once taken to my room I immediately noticed the room was spotless just as the waiting room was. Very clean! Waiting about 5 minutes for Ms. Carie and that was it. Very impressed from the phone call in to leaving this clinic. Keep up the great work team! Your sacrifice and service did not go unnoticed during my visit! Thank you for what you do and what you have done! Shout out to Lizzy and Ms Carie! Stay blessed yall

I love this urgent care! The young lady in the front desk Gloria was amazing and so knowledgeable, especially the rest of the staff Janie and Ingrid they were very nice and helpful! Definitely recommend coming here!

This place is great. The time it takes to be seen and the care received was exceptional. The staff was professional and friendly. They have the x-ray and other urgent care facilities in the place. I would highly recommend this place.
