Would not have survived my pregnancy without their help. My sciatic nerve made it so I could barely walk but with their help I could function normally and live my life!

All of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Facilities are welcoming and super clean.

I could not be happier with Dr. Curtis and his staff. In the past he was able to help me with an elbow problem, and recently I saw him for a sciatica issue I had been dealing with for some time. After 5 or 6 weeks of in office therapy and at home exceries I can say I am almost pain free. I feel confident that continued home excerises will get me to 100 percent. Thank you for all you do.

Casey and his staff are the most amazing team I have encountered. They set the gold standard for kindness, knowledge and professionalism. Never are you sent off to do an exercise or movement on your own , as they are always there to guide and encourage you….If this were the norm and not the exception our healthcare could be amazing. Thank you for the fine example you set.

I cant believe it took me so long to realize I had not given Dr. Casey and his staff a well deserved 5+ star review. I came in with multiple cervical and lower lumbar nerve pain, muscle tightness and neuropathy issues. Dr. Casey could barely touch me without my flinching from pain to touch. He worked on me 1 on 1, with multiple methods ranging from exercises, cupping, dry needling, and hands on preassure release methods. I really miss this hard to find 1on1, personal approach that led to a positive result for me in so many ways. He was always patient, friendly and encouraging. His supporting staff, Kim, Jayden, Ben, Maryann are as professional, knowledgeable and personal, from the moment you walk in, as Dr. Casey. My insurance has become a roadblock. I just hope I can strike gold again soon and find this type of effective, result driven 1on1 type therapy, and not get stuck in the world of quick turn around physical therapy facilites I've experienced, prior to finding Dr. Casey and his staff. (Insert sad face here)

Casey is amazing. After only a few visits I had almost no pain and with the few simple exercises that he gave me to do at home, I have continued to be pain free. AND the girls at the front desk are so friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to help with insurance issues and answer any questions you ask. Thank you Upward Physical Therapy for keeping me moving and pain free!!

I’m on my second round of treatments, and this time discovered dry needling. It has relieved my pain almost completely! I’ve used it for a pinched nerve and for sciatica. Try it out, it’s a life changer!!

Had hip Pain for years. Went to Dr Casey Curtis and he was able to identify right away what was causing it and even was able to help work through the tightness that was giving me issues. I still follow some things in the rehab he gave me that helps anytime it gets unusually sore. Some people just have a knack for healing.
