Arrived at Urgent Care approximately 5:15 pm and they were EXTREMELY busy. Was greeted right away and addressed about the seriousness of my concern. After I assured them mine was not an “emergency” situation I was directed to have a seat and they would be out to address my concern asap. All personnel were professional, polite, knowledgeable thus I have nothing but praise and respect for all of them. In a relatively short time I was taken into an exam room and all my pertinent information included my concern for being there was taken in and recorded. I was then asked to return to the waiting area and they would out to get me when a room became available. After I short period of time a nurse came out and guided me to the available room. She asked, obtained and recorded all the information that was need. After a short time Dr Thomas came in introduced himself to me and addressed my concerns. I could not have been treated any better shown more respect and had all my questions and concerned addressed than I did. As tremendously busy as everyone was, no one rushed through anything but conducted themselves in a manner that showed their sincere care and concern addressing my issues.Overall things could not have gone better and I could not have been treated with any more care and concern that I received from everyone I saw. Thank you so much to everyone that assisted me and addressed my concerns. I could not be happier with my experience with the care I received.

A very good experience… Quick check in with the triage, then dealing with the insurance card/Office stuff once in a treatment room waiting for the doctor.

Dr. explained everything thoroughly, so did the nurse prior to starting an IV, so did the tech in the CT scan. Everybody explained what was going happen in advance, so there were no surprises which was very nice.

My issue was resolved, and even though they were fairly busy that night, it still didn’t take that long. They Even found an issue I was unaware of, It did not need treatment, but I do need to monitor it.

Overall, a very positive experience.

Office staff were friendly and quick to check me in. Wait time was minimal following arrival. All things I needed were addressed and follow ups scheduled. Shelby is personable and professional. I only wish appointments could be scheduled sooner, but that's everywhere due to shortages of medical professionals in our area.

Dr. Hartline is a fantastic doctor! She is kind, compassionate, patient, and really listens to you! I always feel like she sees me as a person first, and a patient second. I always have a positive experience with her and only have great things to say! I highly recommend her!

He definitely takes the time to explain & creates a plan. He even gave thoughts on next steps if needed. He made me feel at ease, comfortable & understood my thought process & concerns. I definitely value his opinion & expertise. It's nice to have someone who has your back literally..

The nurses and staff were very kind and helpful. The doctor was efficient and helped me understand how I could feel better. He helped clarify my symptoms and I only stayed in the ER for 2 hours.

Dr.Hartline and staff are always very nice and accommodating. I feel that Dr. Hartline always takes the time she needs with me and never rushes me. She always follows through with our plan, recommendations and orders.

I have known a lot of orthopedic doctors. Dr. Villare is the best I have ever known . He spent almost an hour with us, explaining the problem and showing us x-rays. I very much appreciated his time.
