I had an outstanding experience at University Dental Care with Dr. Ola Farrag and her wonderful team. From the moment I arrived, everyone was warm, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Farrag is not only highly skilled but also incredibly caring and attentive. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt completely at ease throughout the entire process. The clinic is clean, modern, and very well organized. I’m truly grateful for the care I received and highly recommend University Dental Care and Dr. Ola Farrag to anyone looking for exceptional dental treatment.

Filled cavities so incorrectly I could not fit even floss between multiple teeth. Asked to sign paper work mid-appointment while laying on the operating chair after already receiving numbing shots in my mouth after they realized they didn't have me sign proper paper work due to my insurance changing. I have 2 teeth that have been chipped during cleanings. Cherry on top was them ghosting me as I would call to make an appointment and never get a call back. To the point I thought they had closed, but no, they are just not interested in having a clientele. TLDR; badly skilled dental work is done here and they are very rude. I urge anyone who has been thinking of leaving this place - Do it! You can actually find professionals who do professional work and not make you feel like a pain in their side through the entire process.

Overall, the staffs are good. I got one of my teeth filling, but I have issue with the filling. The tooth got more sensitive after filling, and I have difficulty and sensitivity to bite anything by that filled tooth. I never had this kind of issue before. I don't know why, but I'd suggest you to ask them about it before you get your teeth filled.

I regretfully have to star University Dental Care with one star due to unprofessional cancellation of my appointment one hour before hand. The receptionist told me one of the dentist called in sick (not my dentist I have seen in the past) and I was notified via text msg saying there office was understaffed. I Immediately called the dental office.

I explained the fact my insurance will be running out at the end of the month and need to be seen before the end of the month due to my insurance running out and I’ve had the appointment set 6 months in advance because this was the soonest appointment I could get at the time. The receptionist then put me on hold. dentist then came on the phone with me and told me the earliest they can get me in was May 7th. I explained entire situation “again” telling her this is “no fault of my own” and I need to be seen before the end of the month because I simply cannot pay out of pocket. She then said “you can contact your insurance provider” and “if this cannot be paid, you call me, we can cancel with a fee” then she said “thank you for understanding” before I had a chance to respond … click and the phone was hung up.

I cannot understand what just happened? How is a dental office run like this? How in the world has this behavior become professionally accepted? Upon Google researching after my terrible experience- I have read a countless number of nightmarish experiences via University Dental Care- State College.

I now take this experience as a happening for a reason warning.. now I am glad I didn’t open my mouth to ya all!!

I’ve had really positive visits here. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They have low radiation imaging which I hadn’t seen before. It is walkable from campus so super easy to get to your appointment.

I have been sitting in dentist chairs for over half-a-century and have experienced many fine dentists, a few not-so-fine dentists - then there is Dr. Ola Farrag and staff. I have NEVER had a dentist with such compassion, care, and understanding as I receive at this clinic and from Dr. Farrag. Not to mention the excellent dental care I am receiving from these folks - im am so impressed and at-ease here. They are coordinating treatment with my other health care teams to ensure that I receive the best treatment for me - a level of care and coordination that I have rarely experienced.

They're very thorough at University Dental and tell you exactly what's going on and how to solve problems with your teeth. I highly recommend them! They're also very gentle on your teeth.

I really like the treatment I get at this office. The receptionists are very nice, professional, and extremely helpful. The dental assistants are super cool and very friendly, not to mention professional as well. It is also easy for me to be seen unlike other dentists here in town that make you wait forever. Dr. Farrag has great attention to detail and is very kind. This office is probably the best treatment I have ever had regarding my history with dentists. I appreciate all of the staff and their hard work.
