HORRIBLE service. My mother was waiting to get her blood drawn. The nurse that was assigned to my mother was getting an attitude with her because she had trouble finding her veins. She managed to stab the needle into my mother’s arms and it left bruises. Now she’s taking tylenol for her pain. The nurse also did not put a wrap or even a band-aid for her before she left. Would not recommend.

Don’t recommend this office at all. I felt like I’ve just been sent around to different offices within with no clear answers. Told me I can’t refill my prescription knowing that I need them until I get a new primary care doctor after mine had resigned. Now I have about a week and a half’s left worth of meds. I was supposed to have an appointment on 6/25 to see where I’m at. When I called it turns out I don’t have that appointment anymore but one in July that I had no idea about? That’s leave me without my meds for a month which is unacceptable. Whomever I spoke with on the phone didn’t not seem to care whatsoever. Seems like one just getting milked for my money every time I try to get something. And when I said I’ll just have to go somewhere else, I get the response of ā€œOkay!ā€ in the most chipper voice I’ve heard from the whole conversation. Knowing how serious meds can be, very poor representation of showing it. Again, don’t recommend.

Great service, super caring providers!! Would have given 5 starts but the billing department is inadequate, took over 6 months to clear up their issues and they still are having problems! It’s overwhelming when you have $6000 in debt because they can’t figure out how to run insurance

Someone needs to do something about the inability of callers to A. make an appointment. B. Followup on a request from the doctor's office and C. just get a human to answer the phone. This is no way to do business. I did log on to My Chart but it says it may be 2 business days before anyone sees it. I have tried multiple times over this week to contact my doctor's team (after they called me and left a message) and have not been successful. Thank goodness it's not an urgent matter. Please DO BETTER Unity Point.

I would like to know how an urgent care can stop taking walk in’s when that is what an urgent care was created for to begin with. If I wanted to make an appointment for a doctor visit then I would do so with my primary care physician and would be able to be seen by them. How is it that an urgent care is even allowed to take appointments to begin with and then why are they able to call themselves an urgent care at all when you need an appointment to be seen by them to begin with.

Ive always felt supported, comfortable, and safe with the staff. They are very accommodating, and most are really good with kids. They do their jobs very well, and Im glad I chose them for my care. I show up on time for my appointments (maybe 5 mins early) and I am always called back within 10 minutes and seen (at least by a nurse) within the next 5. Ive never waited more than 30 minutes to see my doctor, and that days wait times were due to a weather situation.
