The staff is kind, caring and always attentive to your needs. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment. Even calling them is pleasant and they always have time to thoroughly answer your questions. I've left stuff behind before, hanging on the coatrack, and even though it wasn't labeled the staff is so attentive there they knew it was mine and I got a package in the mail two days later with stuff I hadn't even realized I'd left behind. At one point, I was looking for a place to move to in that area and mentioned it in passing to one of the receptionists. A week later, everyone had gotten together and listed all the properties they knew of in the area I was looking at and sent it to me along with all the contact details for the properties. The doctors are professional and eminently competent. Dr. Charles Mayo,III is by far one of the finest psychiatrists in the country. He's a rockstar! He could be making a ton more money near a big city, but instead has committed himself to caring for people in rural Wisconsin, which has a sore need for psychiatric services. I have considered moving to another area of the country, like the East Coast as I was originally from, but the medical care I have received in rural Wisconsin has been so much more superior to other places I've lived, like Miami, New Orleans, Dallas and D.C., that even though I hate the isolation up here, I'm hesitant to leave because the medical care up here is so good.

I have seen Victoria Studtman several times and have been thoroughly impressed in her skill and her ability to communicate complicated medical issues. The clinic has convenient hours and friendly staff. I highly recommend the clinic and Victoria.

To Dr. Mayo and to those who serve in his team. I have been a little part of his professional service and the best team of who I am very proud to say in much of my respects are the extended family and friends of which you have in all possible ways to help me understand that I can feel comfortable and relaxed with the Dr. Mayo and his staff. The whole staff is very friendly and very caring about any and all of the personalities and their issues that are always going to be with in the upmost respectful manner possible and the best of the abilities to have the best positive impact in ways of which could be achieved and that could have a beneficial effect on how they will overcome and improve their abilities in day to day issues and the obstructions of their own fears, concerns, or even more serious or psychological difficulties that have or are being made to be more of a complex subject in which a means state of mind or depths of a new level of power in thinking that will be a big attribute in the outcome of this concept level of understanding and the depths of thinkers who will the right to come into some sort of the little control over their own aspects no matter how small or large it may seem like to them. I know that the staff are so supportive and they are very available to anyone who has a question about anything and if you just Looking for someone who is willing to give you all the attention and the best advice to your benefit making sure to know your needs and your experience with them are helpful and also a thoughtful solution for the issues/matters that may cause anguish or complexity in the mind or thoughts. I am pleased with the staff and my Dr. Mayo for the best service and to all the resources that have been given to me at my own discretion and to my availability in the case of, last resort of nothing more to be done with issues, I have the most important part of my mind to have people who are not prejudiced against mental health and mental illnesses. I have never used a lot of those availabilities for many of the services offered by them but I do have the freedom of information and their services they offer to my best judgment and interest as the needed aption. Thank you all for your service and support you have been delivered to me since I have been shown the best possible path to the care, dedicated support, the powerful informational opinions on hand to use at any given moment, and to the devotion and the ability to do so much for those who are in need and to those caregivers who have to be recognized and need to be more respected in their selflessness for others and to their own spiritual desires and their natural angelic qualities to help them make a positive impression or/and can be possible in some cases, can be said as a powerful force of faith, internal healing, or even self confidence in the reprogramming process of the ways of our own thinking and the ability to make decisions and the actions that we are able to manage by the staff who have been given the opportunity to provide the best possible path/direction for the beneficial effects an individual experiences daily and the convenience of all that is very helpful to the most efficient and effective way for a person to be able to think or to have the same independence and freedom like that of normal people in life. You're given a gift to care about others and the ability to make a positive impact in ways of someone's future and life. I thank you all. I'm indebted with what I have experienced!! Nice alternative to larger main clinic. Smaller and less people due to less providers available each day. Also closer drive for me, and for many elderly who have trouble getting to and from appointments, etc.

NICE STAFF. Great Doctors! AFTER NOTE: ON A VIST TO DOC. THE POLK COUNTY POLICE ARRIVE!!! THEY CONFONT ME IN THE CLINIC!! AND ASK ME IF I THREATEN A EMPLOYEE ON MY LAST VISIT! I SAID NO!!
