I was being treated by U item Woundcare dr Noyoa(not even sure how you spell his name because he never introduced himself or gave a business card) he treated me for 6 months and I ended up in the hospital because wound was infected for poor antiseptic treatment when he did bedside debridement. After discharge I let him content to treat me. For 3 months I was in pain from the wound. I kept telling him something is wrong, it's infected but he told me it was fine. My BP started dropping, my dialysis nurse did blood cultures and nurse swabbed my open wound. I had 3 different infections, by this time blood cultures came back positive & I was rushed to the hospital for sepsis, when I spent the next month on IV antibotics. This company is horrible. The coordinator promised me new doctor. I waited 3 weeks, kept calling Steph and till this day have not received a return call. Thank god I fount a new doctor from my nurse. My advise STAY AWAY!

I experienced a serious infection in my left heel. It required surgical debridement, after which I was given IV (PICC line) antibiotics for seven weeks at Mother Joseph rehab. During this time I was treated by staff plus the amazing PA, Caleb, from United Wound. The healing under his weekly treatment was fast! I continued to receive home nursing care and to take antibiotics totaling almost one year until wound healed. I Really appreciate Caleb’s treatments while in rehab!
5 Stars!
