I am a current student, graduating December of 2024. This school came as an answered prayer for me. I applied at a community college and did not get in as it is very competitive. I was not excited about looking for private schools as they are extremely pricey. United Nursing came in and save the day with their affordable pricing and wonderful curriculum. A local school for me, meant not driving far. Clinical sites are also local…another PLUS. Then there are the teachers and administrators. You can tell they really care for our education and want us to succeed. I would recommend this school 100% you will not regret coming here. Thank you United, I am really thankful to be here. Cheers to a new chapter!

This is one of the best schools I have ever attended. What makes them stand out from others is the compassion the staff shows to the students. The teachers really care about you passing and will do anything to help you and lead you in the right direction. As part of the first graduating cohort I couldn’t be any more proud to attend this school. They have so many resources that are available to lead you to success.

United Nursing came as a blessing to me. I have researched several schools and never found the right one until I found United. I called and was able to get information right away. The price was affordable, and the schedule was in line with my work schedule and the enrollment process was smooth. I am doing the LVN-ADN program after 10+ years of being an LVN. The curriculum is challenging as it is in all nursing programs, but their system is very user friendly, and they provide you with additional resources needed to be successful. I am part of their 2nd cohort and will be graduating in May. I live about 55 miles away from the school and the commute is well worth it. I highly recommend this program if you are a self-starter and learn well independently.

I can't say enough good things about my experience at this school. As part of the LVN to RN program, I've had such a positive experience. I was intimidated about going back to school after 12 years to finally get my RN, but the second I came to campus, I knew it was where God wanted me to be. I immediately felt I was in the right place. After my brutal experience in LVN school and taking LVN-RN transition courses at RCC, the difference between this college and others was like night and day! They don’t believe in fear-based teaching or intimidation. Instead, they focus on creating a supportive and nurturing environment, which is so different from what I’ve seen at other schools. They are truly dedicated to helping you succeed not setting you up for failure.
I often worried about getting a tough instructor during rotations, but every instructor I’ve had Dr. Rowland, Dr. McDaniels, Professor Chae, Dr. Basinski, Professor Zirzow, Professor Nelson and my clinical instructors Rachel, Tiffany, and Makenna, have all been incredibly kind, approachable, and knowledgeable.
I’ve seen some less favorable reviews, but in my experience, this program sets clear expectations from day one. It requires hard work, commitment, and accountability just like the nursing field. Those who struggle often don’t follow the guidelines or put in the effort. The faculty is always there to help, but students need to meet them halfway.
As part of the first cohort, we faced a few challenges along the way, but I can say without hesitation that I’ve never seen a school work so hard for their students and resolve any issues so quickly. It may sound too good to be true, or like the school created this “fake” review, but it’s not. Im not getting paid to write this or a discount on my tuition... this is 100% real. This school has supported me every step of the way. I’m graduating with my RN this December, and if I had the chance to do it all over again, I would choose this school 1,000 times over. YES nursing school is HARD, but if you show up, do what is asked of you, reach out for support, do the assignments, and try your best you will succeed here!

Unorganized. Bad curriculum. Creepy environment where the staff members promote toxic positivity and they constantly virtue signal and pretend to be "woke" while they're all actually mean girls that run the place like a high school. They don't focus on nursing skills or teaching things that actually matter. They use a nonsense "concept based" learning system that no serious accredited nursing schools use. The only other nursing school I've heard of that uses this system is Nightingale, which is a notoriously bad, for-profit school that people only choose as a last resort after getting rejected from all the legit schools out there. They even told us we don't have to read the book, and we can get by just reading the sherpaths (i.e. cliffnotes). What kind of serious school tells students they don't need to read the book and that they only need to learn the bare minimum? There are so many negative things to say about UUN but I have limited characters. What I will say is be careful about attending this school because if you drop out, even by the refund deadline, you won't be given a full refund. They'll give you a bunch of nonsense excuses and claim that they are in compliance with the BPPE refund guidelines, but just because their failure to provide a full refund is supposedly legal doesn't mean that it's moral. I've never heard of any other school that does this. I've attended various colleges over the years and all of them, including the school I got my LVN education at, have a two week period where you can drop and still get a full refund. This school can't even give a valid reason on why they hold onto close to $1k of your money even though the whole first week is just an orientation and you don't learn anything. Who the heck charges 1k for orientation? Pretty scammy and scummy if you ask me.
