DO NOT GO HERE FOR HEALTH!!!

The main manager was very rude when I tried to check in as a first time patient. I than sat down she kept staring at me I assume it was because I'm Black (African American). They were seeing people who had appointments later than me. I sat and waited for over an hour. They kept my ID and social Security way to long. I wouldn't trust this place with your health all lives matter color is nothing. But here they are very dirty the floors the walls where nasty they keep sick and non sick patients in the same small area. The area fits about 8 they push it to 20. Overall I will be filing a lawsuit against this practice.

Usually have a good experience but today 8/4/23. I had the worst experience ever. Doctor had me waiting in the room undressed for an hour. If I hadn't called to see if she would ever get to me I don't know if she would've ever gotten to me.

I used to come here as a kid is the service is not the same. The wait time is ridiculous I had an appointment at 9:30And I'm about to leave they didn't get a chance to call me .Cuz the wait time is too long. Could you sing by a doctors

Everyone here seems to be rude dismissive and unconcerned from the front desk staff to the doctor who continuously cut me off as I attempted to explain the reason for my visit i definitely felt unheard he spoke as if I was a child who was confused about the things I was saying. At the end of my appointment the doctor asked if I had any questions? I said what is the plan for my care he really had no answer and refused to consult with me about the medication I was prescribed only offering that it would be sent to my pharmacy smh… this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in healthcare especially after waiting 2 hours past my appointment time to be seen! I wouldn’t waste my time coming here ever again it is very sad that places like this operate because you have rights as a patient to a decent level of health care that I’m afraid this place can’t offer.

Don’t recommend if you have an appointment they make you wait an 1 hr and a half until they are ready to assist you and when you do get called in they still make you wait even more for just some results that they already had “ready” only recommend if you want to spend the whole day there to waist your time.
