I have no idea who these people are with negative reviews but they are WAY off the mark! I left a vm with UluRx on Friday evening and received a phone call on Saturday morning saying to text with times I'm free for a call. I text on Sunday evening and received a call back with in 2-3 hours. After two surgeries in 2021, being pushed into menopause in 2023, hormones everywhere, bad gut health, I've looked for help from SEVERAL doctors from Stanford, UCSF, UCI and not one of those doctors explained to me how putting a topical on your head will stimulate the hair follicle to wake up and it will then push out the old sick hair and regrow healthy hair. We discussed my significant hair loss within the past 2 years, gut health, supplements, topical solutions, and I'm so excited to receive my products which I was told they would rush for me. If that's not amazing customer service, I don't know what is. Thank you UluRx for your time, patience, and education.

Terrible customer service! Its a one woman show and shes more concerned with making tick tock videos than providing service. I was sent the wrong serum and when I merely wanted to return it for the correct serum, i was ghosted. Ill be disputing the charge.

I am beyond GRATEFUL for this company and their products. I have been taking the supplements and using the acne Tretinoin script for about a year now, and it has made a world of difference in my skin.
