Truly the best experience I’ve ever had a doctor’s office. The nurses, doctors, and receptionist were incredibly thoughtful, prompt, and caring. I’ve never felt so well taken care of; they made sure to cover every base and had wonderful bedside manner.

I recently brought my daughter in due to complaints of fever and ear pain. I thought the entire process was seamless and efficient. We were seen shortly after check-in and had THE BEST medical assistant, Maynor, helping us. He was very kind and gentle with her (she's 6), and he explained everything so she would know what was going on. Soon after we saw the doctor, who tried to get to know my daughter by asking her questions about school and books she likes to read. A focused exam was done, diagnosis made, and antibiotics prescribed. I would refer anyone to this urgent care. I think it's great and I love that it's in the mall (to help keep others busy while waiting). Shout out again to Maynor, who deserves 10 stars.

The PT is a scam. $500 for one PT appointment with standard PPO insurance. Had PT at 2 other places in last couple years, one also a UCLA facility & never cost this much. My Insurance told me it’s because my therapist, was not an actual PT! What?! She was helpful, but the pain I was having was not debilitating. I could have had 5 massages instead. Also, front wait staff wasn’t the friendliest. Such a shame as it’s a nice looking facility. Had no issues with the radiology side.

Awful and corrupt place that hides the ball on their medical care costs. Went to the doctor for wrist pain. The generalist had no idea of what it could be, but said I needed a wrist brace. How much could a wrist brace be? Turns out, $880, but you can buy it on Amazon for $50. An honest office may describe the cost to their patients beforehand. In fact, I’ve been to other UCLA clinics that have disclosed the price and told me specifically to buy it myself because it was cheaper. But not this place. This place is solely in it for profit. If you must go here, ask questions and get itemized costs before you accept care.

This is a great medical location for immediate care. I come to get my immunization and do quick tests. Wait is always short and back office are always nice.

Claims to be an “urgent care” but you might just show up to a sign on the door stating they’re not taking any patients that day, despite their hours and system that say they’re open.
If you want reliable care, go literally anywhere else

I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to going there at all. If you are a UC student, do NOT go there either. It's not an immediate care facility like they claim, and the staff members are incredibly rude. A lady named Sal (not sure if that’s the correct spelling) told me to call my insurance if I had more problems. When I asked if my UC SHIP insurance was covered, she just said 'No.' I tried to explain my situation and how terrible I was feeling, and I asked her where I could use my insurance if my UC insurance doesn’t work at UC facilities. She just responded with, 'Yeah... I'm not your insurance,' and told me I could come in if I wanted. Like, what the heck?! I'm just trying to get help. If you don’t have the correct answers, at least don’t be rude. Especially when people are having a hard time, sick so bad, be kind—after all, you’re the front desk and part of the service industry. There's no excuse for such behavior, and I'm not sure why she works there. This has happened to me before, last couple time staff was rude too, but I was so sick and got taking care off so I didn’t want to make a big scene, so I went along with it, but it keeps happening. So I decided to make comment about it, at least be correct attitude if you can’t help, especially when people are seriously sick! I'm attaching a screenshot of the phone call for evidence so they can’t lie and say I’m making this up.

I was referred to this Location for urgent care after the UCLA medical center in Westwood did not have any doctors I could see right away; they didn't want me to see a nurse practitioner because I may need stitches on my cut finger. When I arrived at the Century city urgent care location I was told I needed an appointment even for urgent care and the next appointment available would be 2 hours later. I was very disappointed that there was no one in the waiting room and the 4 receptionist there were doing nothing and I was not able to be seen by anyone. The receptionist only said she could refer me to another urgent care location that wouldn't take patients by appointment. When I hear urgent care I don't think make an appointment, I think it's urgent and I should see a doctor as soon as possible. I am a UCLA health patient and I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I ended up at an urgent care location near my home that is not UCLA affiliated and they were able to see me within 10 minutes.
