This place is so irritating. Probably fine if you never make a mistake. Avoid going here if you can. They don't set aside emergency appointments if your kid needs in same or next day which is a bummer but not a deal breaker. But what is the worst is that there is no communication. Our pediatrician quit or vanished, which sucked because he was awesome, but they just didn't tell us? They were supposed to call us to reschedule our appointments, I was told, but just never did. I called about something else and they told us when I checked about our upcoming appointments. They just said "oh there isn't a doctor now so you can't come then! So good thing I didn't show up. I rescheduled, rearranged my day but I was 10 minutes late (9ish, but who's counting) and they told us they couldn't see us. Keep in mind we aren't habitually late to appointments. We are usually there the amount early they requested of us. And our whole family uses them so it's a lot of appointments. They make us wait every appointment but we are 10 minutes late and they won't see us? On an appointment they changed around? It's crap. There was no one else in the waiting room waiting so I find it hard to believe they were going to be behind schedule because of us. And to cancel our appointment when we are there less than 15 minutes late, are not usually late, and have no outstanding issues or bills or anything seems like an extreme measure. We took time off work, hired a sitter for our other child, and rearranged our day, (because, again, they rescheduled this appointment because our pediatrician is "gone"). We are switching to banner. I loved our pediatrician but he's "maybe or maybe not" coming back, so there is nothing else to make me stay.

I was late. I own that. I put it in my calendar wrong by 10 minutes. If after 2 years of seeing my babies (one that has been there since birth) I'm not allowed to be late one time, and on an already bad day they kick me out, they are not the place for me.
Avoid this place. I'm sorry it's come to this.

Dr. Pariseau has been great for both of our kids!! He's very friendly and knowledgeable with every question we have. Would recommend to family and friends!!

My daughter has been a patient of Dr.Parisaeu for 4 years. He diagnosed her ADHD. She has been taking the same medicine for 4 years, that he prescribed. Well I failed to make an appointment to follow up in person! Not to mention you must book at least 1 month in advance for an open appointment. Now my daughter has to go 3 weeks without medication while trying to finish her 4th grade year up. The reason she is on medication is because the school can't handle her unless shes on the medication. He is refusesing to give her 3 weeks worth, until we see him, "the next available appointment". This is just absolutely ridiculous!

Dr.Mead is a gem. She addresses concerns, offers referrals, and gives recommendations. She is beyond sweet and compassionate. Her bedside manner is on point. All my kids come here and they love to go. My toddlers get excited when we go to see Dr.Mead and that says a lot alone! Plus she is super adorable so she is just like a magnet to the kids! We love coming here! We trust her care and her professional opinion!

Dr Marler is the BEST !!!
He listens, he's thorough with each little person he treats, I have 4 kids and they all Love Dr Marler! It's easy to schedule appointments and staff are very friendly with EXCELLENT bedside manner, VERY comfortable environment.
We appreciate this Pediatric office.

I always get an appointment in less than 2 weeks, and that’s worst case scenario. There’s something to be said for a large practice. The staff is experienced and professional and love children.

I was loyal to Associates in Family Medicine for years. Dr. McIntosh saw me through both pregnancies and was very dear to my family. Sadly after 5 years the new team came in and destroyed our experience. Rescheduling my appointments for months out. Changing the doctor. The final straw was when I showed up for my rescheduled appointment at the exact time it started, but because I didn’t get there early for check in, they “couldn’t see me”. I have been using e-check in forever. Isn’t that the point?
The next available appointment was 2 months out. And it wasn’t even with Dr. McIntosh. If I wanted to see him it was 4 months out. I only needed a physical for my kid to start preschool. When my jaw dropped at the icy receptionist she said “maam there is a line to help so do you want the appointment or not?”

I left. Called UC health, and got an appointment in 2 days. My silver lining. Clearly I’m still salty. I just want to say thank you for knowing how to run a business.
