⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Steven Ruiz is the BEST caregiver I have seen in a LONG time. He deserves 5 stars. The facility itself is average, nothing great. It is moderately clean and has sufficient parking. The receptionists are nice and friendly. The wait can be longer than normal.

I love the convenience of having the pharmacy in the same place as my wonderful doctor, but what makes it pleasant it’s Stephanie and Albert the pharmacist, they are always helpful and very pleasant, can’t say the same for the other pharmacist Bryce who’s been there 13 years , has zero customer care not friendly and when asked a question feels like he’s being force to answer!!! But the the good of Stephanie , Albert and Steven outweighs the negative!!!!

I am a fully-licensed and very experienced nurse practitioner, now partially retired but still doing locum tenens work. I called in a long-held prescription for a family member when it was inconvenient to see our doctor, and the pharmacist refused to fill it. I have never been denied prescribing like this in Utah -- very disappointing and discriminatory. I will not send prescriptions here again, either personal or professional.

Took my prescriptions, my parents took their prescriptions and my brother took his prescriptions elsewhere. The pharmacist Bryce who works here is rude and extremely unprofessional. Every single time I’ve had an interaction with him has been so bad. I drive to the location in Midvale so I don’t have to deal with his poor attitude. My family has had the same experience with this man. Do yourself a favor and take your prescriptions elsewhere, you’ll thank me later.

Excellent service! My prescriptions, all 12 of them, are usually done in an hour or less! The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and always good about answering my questions. Definitely recommend! I will never use another pharmacy as long as this one is around.

Horrible pharmacy. 1. They still make you wear a mask; 2. They never called to say the Rx was filled and ended up on putting it back in stock; 3. The pharmacist said the doctor's stamped signature wasn't legal, but they'd have him fax a signed Rx.... what's the difference if it's faxed?!!!
Walmart was so much better and faster.
Avoid this pharmacy!

It’s unfortunate when staff does not understand that an internal policy and an insurance company policy are not the same thing. If it’s your internal policy just simply state so. Don’t waste peoples time or make things up on the fly.
