We moved here from TN where we had a phenomenal chiropractor and I was worried about starting with someone new. However True North has been amazing. I went in after landing wrong going down a slide with my toddler and my neck was feeling better after one adjustment, my sleep and anxiety has since improved after continued treatment. My daughters 10 and 12 have had improved sleep and faster immune responses. The staff is also super nice, compassionate, and flexible with scheduling. Before I started coming to True North Chiropractic, among other issues, I was having multiple headaches weekly and my energy levels were not where I wanted them to be for someone with a young family at home. Within the first two months of care at True North, I’ve noticed my energy levels getting better and I rarely get headaches anymore. I started out about four months ago at True North Chiropractor for Debilitating migraines, and after two months of treatment, I have not had a migraine since about two weeks from the beginning. I came into True North Chiropractic with the worst lower back pain I have ever had in my life. It was hard to do everyday physical tasks and was unsure what to do. I was skeptical at first because I have never been to a chiropractor before. Upon receiving x-rays at True North I was notified that I had 4 subluxations throughout my spine. After 2-3 months of intensive care, I now have 0 subluxations, I have 100% better mobility and the pain in my lower back went from a 10 to a 1. The care that True North provided has truly exceeded my expectations, and I am happy I chose to go there. The staff and the environment at True North is 1 of a kind.
