From the moment I contacted the office for an emergency appointment as a new patient. I was greeted with friendly staff. Forms were easy to complete. Check in was quick. Minimal wait time. Dr. Crell was extremely nice and was able to quickly polish a rough spot. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for an orthodontist. The office location was very easy to find.

Our family can not say enough wonderful things about our experience with Dr. Troy and her staff at Troy Orthodontics! Both our son and daughter have “graduated” from braces through Dr. Troy’s care and oversight and she made the entire process as easy as possible!! Since she took time to get to know both of our children during their appointments, they always felt comfortable and heard. She gave them clear instructions for how to best care for their teeth throughout their time with her and because of that, there braces came off right on time, as scheduled. Dr. Troy’s staff and scheduling team are kind, helpful, and efficient. We were referred to Dr. Troy by friends and we are so glad we chose Troy Orthodontics for both of our children and would do it all over again just the same!! Very grateful!!

I took my daughter to get braces at dr Troy, the same place my parents took me. We paid over 5 thousand dollars out of pocket and my daughters bottom teeth are extremely crooked. Dr Troy said she would put braces back on her lower teeth, after we pay 500 more dollars. Extremely dissatisfied

My family has had the best experience with Troy Orthodontics. I have three daughters who have all been treated by Dr Troy & Dr Reitz. My two older girls have completed their treatment and have GORGEOUS teeth & the youngest one just started her treatment & I am certain will also have an amazing smile! The practice is friendly, reasonable, easy to work with and always runs on schedule. I highly recommend!

I have been dealing with Troy Orthodontics since 2015. My oldest daughter just finished her treatment and my youngest is just starting hers. Beth and her staff are top notch! They are always great with answering any questions I may have about my daughters treatment. I would highly recommend this office to anyone. Another nice thing they have is a payment plan. So you put down a deposit which is around $500. Then every month you pay them $100. They really worked with me to get my daughters the treatment they needed.

The staff is always friendly and very welcoming. My son has had a positive experience with every visit. I strongly recommend Troy Orthodontics. The office is clean and a great atmosphere. They are always on time for our appointment and my son is in and out quickly. Communication is great and I know we are getting high quality care. We are very pleased with Troy Orthodontics!

Dr. Troy & her staff are the best! Very friendly and professional!!!! Office staff are extremely helpful from setting up your initial appointment to dealing with insurance inquires and follow ups , etc..... This is the first doctors office my son actually enjoys going to, they always make him feel at home and welcomed. Dr. Troy provides support to my son and provides the quality service you would want for your children's healthy teeth care. If you want excellent service and quality care, this is the place you want to go!

Troy Orthodontics has done a great job treating my daughters. My youngest had wonderful results from beginning to end with her braces. My oldest only needed a retainer. Wonderful, caring staff. I would highly recommend them for any Orthodontic work.
