I would give 5 stars to Wayne for his good bedside manner. I appreciate that they were able to accommodate me right away on my first visit. However, my therapy treatment at Troxell Physical Therapy ended with only 3 visits at their office. I have been to other physical therapy offices somewhere else before. This office is based on the number of patients they see. It’s more of a quantity versus a quality of service. Very crowded and it can be loud at times in the back. Today, the receptionist, looked pressured, rushed, overworked and very unhappy. Not satisfied with the quality of service.

I’ve been coming in for physical therapy here for several months. I came from another physical therapy agency in Madera that wasn’t so good but Troxell is top notch, the best. I had a recent knee surgery. The environment is spacious and clean and modern. The front desk staff is very nice and attentive. The therapy staff are very friendly and helpful; they have the knowledge and expertise to assist you with any type of injury.

Troxell PT is the best!! I have been recommending this place to whoever will listen. The office staff and the physical therapists have the perfect balance of being professional and relaxed. They listen and accommodate and take every concern seriously. My knees have improved greatly and it's so nice to be able to have full range in both knees again. I highly recommend Troxell!!

I had visits approved for my backnas I had thought that was the root of the issue I had. I had back problems before. Sherri Troxell checked me out and they found it was actually my neck that was the issue and stress leading to back muscle pain. They know how the body works here and can give you some exercises to do at home when your visits are up.

I just completed my 6 weeks of PT here at Troxell Physical Therapy. This is my 2nd time coming here for care for my Post Op Neck surgery. The PT's and Techs do a great job of making an individualized plan to help me to get the best improvement for the pain and mobility of my neck/shoulder pain and soreness. Some of my pain has been relieved by the exercises especially the shoulder so I'm grateful. I'm will be continuing my exercise's that they have taught me as It does help to ease the pain. Lets not forget the front desk ladies also on point on how they take care of the patients which is nice to see. The atmosphere at Troxell Therapy is very warming lots of smiles and staff keeps all areas clean for next person to use. I would definitely use them again and refer a friend Thank you Troxell Physical Therapy!
