Dr. Reed Reid is an exceptional healthcare provider. She is incredibly professional and always takes the time to address my concerns, no matter how big or small. I feel completely comfortable sharing anything with her.

What I truly appreciate is her ability to explore different treatment options and explain them clearly. Her friendly and compassionate bedside manner makes every appointment a positive experience.

The front desk staff is equally wonderful - always sweet and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Reid and her team!

I cannot recommend Dr Reid & her team enough! Their office is communicative and efficient- they’re so well-organized & competent, I have complete confidence in their work. Dr Reid is the first & only Dr (between 2 Drs & 3 pharmacy consultations) who picked up on a potential (but rare) reaction to my medication & who considered more holistic treatments. Dr Reid LISTENED, is respectful, and explained why she would test certain methods to address my health concerns. This is the first time in years I’ve felt comfortable & confident in the quality of my care! I’m SO THRILLED to have found this team! Thank you, Dr Reid!

Dr. Reid is nice enough but I came to her from a fabulous doctor in whittier where I lived for 10 years. In a year I have seen Dr. Reid twice. Once was a meet and great the other was a physical. I have COPD. when I need a refill on a prescription I have to call her voicemail. Transferring all of my prescriptions over to her has been a nightmare. Sometimes they are never filled. The pharmacy is always nagging me to contact her. I try but the voicemail won't go through.. I have thought it was me, but, I need a new doctor who has time for me. Never got results,from blood tests from my physical. My review sounds just like many others.

Dr. Reid is fantastic. She is very personable and listened intently to my concerns. The facility is clean and relaxing. I definitely recommend Dr. Reid as your PCP.

This is a terrible office. I’ve been here three times over the past few years and still haven’t met the doctor. There’s a lack of customer service and care overall. Takes weeks or months to get an appointment. Don’t dare reschedule an appointment you’ll be waiting more weeks. No follow-ups on the tests done either, or referrals requested. Nothing to show but a modern zen-like office. Steer clear.

I love the aesthetic and cleanliness of the facility and the nurse practitioner who took care of me was nice, but it's extremely difficult to get an appointment as the call tells you to leave a voicemail to reschedule or to make an appointment. And even if you leave a voicemail, you won't get a call back until much later or at all. I requested my lab result but never got it nor was it uploaded onto the portal. I don't like that I can't even speak to someone on the phone to inquire about the next available appointment. I'm definitely changing my provider elsewhere.

Dr. Noel has been my doctor for almost ten years, and I still feel so protected by Drs guidance. Dr. Noel, gives her professional guidance about what she thinks is best for you. And then she respects the final decisions that you make about your body!!

It pains me to even write this for many reasons. One being, I am a Morehouse graduate, and Dr. Noelle Reid is an alleged Spelman graduate. I had a significant health scare in 2023 due to an incompetent doctor who risked my life, and because of that, I sought Dr. Reid out and even changed my insurance providers just to be under her care. I was so happy, for the first time in my life, to have a Black primary care physician who I felt would take care of me, knowing my family’s history of poor health.

Now, I want to make it clear: I like Dr. Reid. She’s funny, warm, and charming. However, her administration is absolutely terrible—the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’ve even tried to tell Dr. Reid about how poorly her staff treats her patients, but she didn’t seem to listen or take action.

For example, I came in for lab work once, and the two girls at the front desk never even looked up from their computers to acknowledge me. Not a “hello,” nothing. I stood there for ten minutes before someone finally acknowledged my presence. Then, after my lab results came back, I received a voicemail from the staff stating that Dr. Reid was concerned about something in my results but assured me it wasn’t urgent. Naturally, anyone would panic, especially with my health background.

I called back repeatedly—no response. I emailed multiple times, trying to get an appointment with Dr. Reid to discuss my results. All I got was a lot of back-and-forth from the staff about trying to find a date, but no follow-up. That was nearly five months ago, and to this day, Dr. Noelle Reid has NEVER called me about my health.

More recently, I had an urgent health matter that ended up being life-threatening, though I didn’t know it at the time. I emailed Dr. Reid and marked it as URGENT in the subject line. As of today, I have yet to receive any response to that email or request for help. I’m done. Dr. Reid can play with someone else’s health, but not mine. Thankfully, I got the proper treatment after an old classmate, who is a PCP, made a referral for me.

To say I’m hurt and disgusted by Dr. Noelle Reid and her staff is an understatement. What makes this even worse is that this is a Black physician mistreating her Black patients, and that is simply unacceptable. The lack of competency, lack of communication, disengagement, and disregard for patient health is disturbing. I can no longer recommend Noelle Reid, and to anyone I previously referred to her, I sincerely apologize.
