Treehouse Recovery changed my life.
Community, connectedness, physical empowerment, mental strength and emotional stability are a few things that i gained during my time at Treehouse. My life has forever changed for the better as a result of this incredible program. I have 3.5 years of healthy living and sobriety has come as a byproduct of that. If you want lasting change and real sobriety, Treehouse Recovery is where you need to be. There are too many incredible staff members to name them all individually. However, Each of them play a crucial role in contributing to the overall well being of everyone who walks through the Treehouse door.

Treehouse played an incredibly important role in my recovery journey. It provided me with the tools, space, and care I needed to heal and reach where I am today. Since my time there, I’ve graduated from college, and I now work as a substitute teacher and work at the Long Beach parks department while I continue to search for my dream career. None of this would have been possible without Treehouse’s guidance and their program, which truly set me up for success.

When I first came to Treehouse at the age of 20, I was a fentanyl user—scared, angry, and utterly exhausted. I’ll admit, at first, I was resistant and not fully committed to what Treehouse had to offer. But as time went on, my team, Team 1, embraced me, and I quickly bought into the program. I committed myself to an intense yet incredibly rewarding experience over seven months—an experience I wouldn’t trade for anything.

Today, I’m proud to say that I am three years clean from fentanyl, and life is good. Treehouse taught me how to cope with my addictive tendencies, cravings, and overall challenges in life, including my depression, anxiety, and ego when it needed to be checked. The program’s emphasis on working out, starting the day with morning surf sessions, and the unparalleled sense of community and team-building are things you simply won’t find at any other rehab or sober living center. Treehouse is top-notch, and everyone there brings a wealth of experience, guidance, and genuine care. I am forever grateful for the foundation they helped me build.

Treehouse to say the least was a life changing experience. I wouldn’t be the man I am today without the support, experience and wisdom that was bestowed upon me by my coaches Krebs, Henry and Justin. Prior to coming to Treehouse I had been to easily 15+ treatment centers. While those centers had their place, evidently I needed something more. Treehouse is that something more. If the standard approach to sobriety has not worked for you, and you are at your whits end like I was, treehouse is an option you should strongly consider it as if your life depends on it. If comfortable treatment centers have not worked for you, trust that treehouse is not easy. That being said, the majority of people I went through treehouse with on my team over a year ago are still sober. The staff are amazing and foster an amazing culture there that pushes you to be the very best man you can be. Big thanks to Henry, Bo, Breezy, Krebs, Dylan, and Chuck.

Treehouse was everything advertised and more. Truly a life changing experience that has left me a better man and family member. It is a tough program in someways but big problems often require big solutions. To me Treehouse has certainly been a big part of that solution. When I first walked through the doors at Treehouse, I was lost, broken, and trapped in a cycle of addiction that I never thought I could escape, Never! I had become a prisoner to alcohol and drugs, and my life was spiraling out of control. The guys at Treehouse, there programs, and there unwavering support, helped me find my way back to the person I was meant to be!
At my lowest point, I felt like there was no hope But within the walls of Treehouse, I found Compassion, Understanding, and the TOOLS I needed to fight for my sobriety. Through counseling, support groups, and the kindness of those who had walked this path before me, I learned that I was NOT alone. I discovered strength within myself that I never knew existed, and for the first time in a long time, I believed in the possibility of change. I learned to take Responsibility for my Actions, to heal from the pain I had caused myself and others, and to embrace a FUTURE filled with HOPE. TREEHOUSE gave me the courage to rebuild relationships, to Chase Dreams I had long abandoned, and to live a life of PURPOSE and CLARITY.
Today, I am proud to say that I am sober. Every morning, I wake up with a sense of Gratitude instead of dread. I have regained my health, my relationships, and most importantly, my sense of self-worth. NONE of this would have been possible without the GUIDANCE and SUPPORT that Treehouse provided me during my darkest days.
I just want to say Thank You for being the place where I found healing, hope, and a second chance at life. I have and will carry the lessons I have learned within me ALWAYS, and I hope to one day give back to others who are fighting the same battle. Because of you, I am no longer just surviving, I am truly living!
