Really rough and agressive with kids, could not stand her working on my son's teeth had to stop her 5 min in mid service and then she tried to blame my son that he was moving to much when he wasn't. Never coming back again, do not recommend to any one,

We were in town from out of state (Chicago) when my crown fell out. I was able to be seen right away and had such a great experience. Dr. Tran is so nice, her dental office is affordable and knowledgeable. They really care about their patients. She was nice enough to give me a small emergency kit in case I had more issues with the crown. 10 stars!

I went here to have a cavity fixed, but two appointments later, my tooth is in more pain. Admittedly, they make a good first impression. My first appointment, they were able to get me in super fast. Cindy Tran was welcoming and seemed fairly thorough at first. Once the drilling was done, though, I was rushed out the door without being given an opportunity to look at my fillings or ask questions about them. I didn't initially take that as a big deal, since I was happy just to have work done after having pain for several months. When I got home, I noticed that my tooth still have a visible black spot on it, as well as several painful holes. I scheduled another appointment to have the rest of the damage fixed, as my tooth was still in a lot of pain. It took an entire month to get me in again, and when I finally went in after my family drove me for more than an hour, Dr. Tran refused to fix the painful cavity, first citing that she didn't see the black spot or holes, and then after I pointed them out, she said she wouldn't fix the damage in my tooth because it wasn't an emergency yet. Dr. Tran seemed to have no interest in fixing my tooth, instead just focusing on getting my in and out as fast as possible. Whether Cindy Tran is grossly incompetent or just downright malicious and doesn't care about her patients, I will certainly never be returning here.

Doctor is ok! She does do a great job in caring for her patients BUT i have been scheduling my son for a braces appt and haven’t been able to stay on either of the appts I made because the entire office is PACKED and it’s a small office also I asked the front desk girl hey are you responsible if someone faints outside? Or how does this work because you have chairs outside for people to sit and wait to see the specialist and it’s over 100 degrees!!!!!!!for this reason I won’t be coming back they need to book less people when the specialist comes to their office . Why ? Because they don’t have the space to accommodate everyone inside and people should be wasting gas running their cars or worse waiting outside the dentist office!.

Being there is awful. If i had to compare this office to my dentist office i would give it a one star. There is one thing that really concerns me: A patient needed a deep cleaning but they only perform coronal polishing and the dentist said her teeth were good even though there was TAR on her teeth.

This doctor is my favorite dentist in the entire coachella valley. Me and my wife have been here numerous times. The doctor doesn't perform oral surgery but she does do fillings, cleanings etc. She is very fair and thorough.

Went I. For tooth pain and a filling and she didn't do nothing I'm in severe pain...and she didn't Wana help...just charged medical.....HORRIBLE SERVICE....CANT EVEN DO SOMETHING SIMPLE.

I Made 2pm appointment because my wife needed it, after 10mins of waiting, we asked if they would call us for our turn, after 30mins I checked up again and asked for our appointment, the receptionist told me that they're ready for us but I noticed other people who came after us have already entered, after coming back with my girl, we're still waited and the receptionist mins after she said that they weren't ready for us, we left angry after another 5 mins they called us but there is no way I'm trusting them to touch my girls teeth after showing us their services.
