I’ve been training at Trainers Elite (a local BIPOC-owned gym) for 6 months now and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made to invest in my health! The place is a hidden gem with easy access right off Highway 101, plus its clean, spacious and has all the equipment you need. As someone who was intimidated to go to the gym, the atmosphere at Trainers Elite instead made me feel instantly comfortable. Owners Andre and Luis - as well as the rest of the staff - are to thank for that as they have created a small yet supportive community at Trainers Elite.

A special shout-out to my personal trainer - Julio Boj - who has been monumental in my health journey. He is amazing! I train with him once a week and then replicate the strength and conditioning work-outs on my own the other days until we meet again. He is a warm demander that meets me where I’m at but also gently challenges me to reach my expectations. Moreover, he is extremely knowledgeable and experienced which makes me feel confident that I am learning from the best. He’s not just any regular trainer. What makes him exceptional is not just his passion for personal training (he goes above and beyond!) but also the way he treats you as a client. Our sessions do not feel transactional; on the other hand, Julio’s humble demeanor makes me feel comfortable, motivated and inspired to continue putting in the work to reach my desired results. So far, I have lost 6 pounds, put on 1 pound of muscle, and lost visceral body fat! I feel stronger and am so happy to see the results!

Also, since Day 1, Julio has been super-attentive to my fitness goals by creating a diverse fitness plan that incorporates holistic wellness. As a gym newbie I ask many questions. Julio has been very patient in answering those questions, even if its after our designated session via text or helping me find new running shoes! I appreciate you, Julio, and thank you Trainers Elite!

Luiz and Dre provide each of us undivided attention for great training sessions, we were both newbies to weightlifting and they’ve taught us both how to safely navigate all the important weightlifting and training regimens needed to achieve what we want to. We are seasoned endurance athletes and we’ve worked with many different coaches and trainers, the Trainers Elite staff and facilities are top notch and worth every penny. They keep the gym spotless, it’s never crowded and it has all the equipment needed for everyone’s needs (including great cardio equipment).

Been training here for a couple months with coach Dre Allen. I have seen huge progress and are continuing to get stronger and stronger. Dre along with the other trainers are very nice and are always willing to help out. I am constantly being tracked on my progress which helps me see what I have improved on and what I need to improve on. Small, family oriented workout studio with an heavy emphasis on personal training. I’ve been going to Trainers Elite for about 2 years now, with my trainer Julio Boj, and the quality of our training session have greatly improved. There’s no way I would ever go back to crowded gyms.
