Cold food cold coffee if and when you can get it. Rude aides. Nursing does not get ve medication on time. Locked on floor while all employees play for two hours. No phones on the rooms. No tv that actually works. No information given when you arrive. No help whatsoever ever. I had to go 24 hours before I received my medications that are at specific times
Have not had a edible meal in two days.

My dad has been at this facility for 7 years and the staff from top to bottom is very professional, skilled yet compassionate. The attention to detail is great and as a next of kin to the resident, you are informed of every little change in care, change in health or concern that they have. They treat the person with dignity as an individual overlooking the limitations or potential uncomfortability that can exist between staff and resident. There is great therapy, social programs and even outings.

I came in to visit my dad and I was sitting in the parking lot. One of the nurses came out and knocked on my window and said she was gonna call the cops on me for being out here too long
