I have been coming to Froedtert Town Hall Health Center in Menomonee Falls since it was built. Prior to this, it was known as Medical Associates, and I came to this clinic for my medical needs for many years. I have found all of my doctors at Froedtert Town Hall to be knowledgeable and very helpful. The staff here are very helpful and friendly as well. I have confidence in all of my doctors and the staff. I always get my test results very quickly, and I like to go to this clinic for my medical needs. This clinic is very conveniently located on Town Hall Road in Menomonee Falls, and there is plenty of parking.

I had a routine optometrist visit (7/24) and obtained a new glasses prescription as requested. I also wear contacts but told the provider that I was happy with that prescription and did not need a new Rx for my contacts, only my glasses. The optometrist agreed and copied my current contacts prescription into my chart for me to use for another year. Important to note that the optometrist did not originate the contact lens Rx (I saw a different, non Froedtert optometrist in 2023) nor did she provide any assessment to my contact lenses in any way. I didn’t have my contacts with me at this visit, I wore my glasses. When I received my EOB, I saw that I was charged for a “contact lens fitting” which my Medicare advantage plan denied. Knowing that I did not receive a contact lens fitting, or any contact lens care or assessment, I called the billing department to dispute this charge. I called a total of 5 times to billing. With no response after my third call, I asked to speak with a supervisor. The billing supervisor looked in my chart and read to me the optometrist’s note documenting the appointment. The supervisor, after reading the notes to me, agreed there was no documentation of any contact lens fitting or care. She said she would contact the provider to ask about this. I called two more times, again speaking with the billing supervisor. She said she spoke with the clinic manager who told her “this is the way we do things”, and I was required to pay for a service that never occurred. Very disappointing and upsetting that Froedtert codes and charges patients for services that were not provided.

I took my 79 year old mom to her appt yesterday. She has horrible back spasms and has been in need of a hip replacement. Her husband died this year and had little care of her own health while caring for him and is now mostly immobile. She’s been battling with her Dr for months to prescribe her pain meds. She’s is asking for maybe 5-6 pills a month to help when her spasms make her bed ridden. Her Dr has prescribed only muscle relaxers that don’t help at all. Said she’s afraid she’ll get addicted. She’s 80, who cares if she does. She’s not asking for 90 pills a month. A few. That’s all. Now she wants her to do Chiro and PT before she will prescribe. SHE CANT GET AROUND AT ALL. It took her ten minutes to just get in my car yesterday and they want this woman going two to three times a week to PT unmedicated. When did all the doctors stop treating pain? I get the opioid crisis was bad but this is such a far swing to the opposite end and people are suffering. Doctors who refuse to treat real pain should lose their license and our Gov should be ashamed for making doctors scared to prescribe when they are still allowing illegal drugs to pour across our borders. Real pain and suffering is happening and you are all complicit and should be ashamed. She will get a bill for a visit that did absolutely nothing to help her. Doctors are now scam artists. Stop gaslighting pain patients that Tylenol will help their pain. It says on the bottle for minor aches and pains. Do better.

Stay away from this place and Froedtert in general if you can. I went in for an appointment for an annual physical. The doctor mentioned my BMI being higher than it should and went into a discussion about how he could put me on Ozempic. Of course, I asked questions about that and the side effects but ultimately declined. Well, the doctor wrote me a prescription even though I declined AND he billed me for a separate visit because he educated me on the side effects of Ozempic which I didn't ask for nor did I ask for his advice on how to lose weight. I've called every Froedtert number to discuss including customer relations and they keep coming back to it IS a valid charge. So what ended up being a annual physical resulted in me being charged out of pocket. These practices are deceitful and as a result will be finding a different doctor and health care provider.

I see the real reviews patients or perspective patients want to see are here on Google and not on the clinic's website which are clearly only 5 stars but no others. Shameful.

My experience with April Zahng in dermatology at Townhall was poor. April seemed like she didn't really care about the issues with my skin and she was rushing through the appointment. Her demeanor was practically rude to disrespectful but also warned she had other patients to see. I suggest her management discusses with her it is unbecoming to act out loud that you're better than your patients. Rude.

My husband was waiting in the lobby and he said I looked frustrated. I see I'm not the only patient here that had a bad visit, not to mention the bill I received. Look, take my review as helpful or not but I hope it helps someone else. My experience led me here to Google Reviews and it's the only way to let others know to beware.

P.S.
I see many of the poor responses here has a lackey at the bottom claiming to be sorry and call their patient relations number. Don't bother, that department doesn't care either.

My daughter went for her annual OB-GYN appointment that should be fully covered by our insurance but the clinic sent us a bill. When we checked with insurance they said the medical code wasn’t submitted for an annual check up so my daughter called the clinic and she was told that because she was a new patient they charged our insurance for both office/ annual visit AT THE SAME VISIT. This is just a scam!!!! Never heard that new patient should be charged for their annual check up if it’s fully covered by their insurance. Unethical and unreasonable billing practices. Not happy with what they did to my daughter and will NEVER use this clinic again.

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office. I scheduled my appointment days ago with a doctor who I’ve seen previously. At my last visit she said she would see me back in 4 weeks. Today is 4 weeks to the day. I pull into the lot and get a phone call from her nurse asking questions about a previous provider. After 5 minutes of questioning, I ask what was the plan because I’m here and sitting in my car. She tells me to check in, so I come inside to check in. After sitting for 10 minutes someone comes over and advises me that the doctor won’t see me because I had care established at another clinic over 5 yrs ago. There ends up being a lot of back and forth before they finally say they will see me, but I need to reschedule because now it’s too late. Very unprofessional, I very much feel discriminated against and disrespected. Horrible facility

Very poor service and I was charged for tests I was never given. I came in for a physical and charged over $1,500. They claimed I had something wrong with my ear, but never told what that was or given any medication for it. I was charged for “being in the room for 30-39 minutes” and “had something wrong with my ear” and that’s why I was charged so much. After they realized I was never given any of the tests that’s what they came up with. Also I didn’t want to do a covid test, but took one thinking insurance covers it, no, it was over $400. This is exactly why people don’t go to the doctor because they can’t afford it even after insurance. They charge you for whatever they want and then say there is nothing they can do about it, just that you owe this much.
