I have had a great experience with Total Health Center! Dr. Wilkins took the time to fully assess my condition and explains things in a way that helps me have a better understanding of my body. After the first session I felt a huge reduction in pain that I had been struggling with for months. The entire staff is very pleasant and helpful. I am so thankful to have found Total Health Center!

I have been to numerous chiropractors in the past and by far, this experience with Dr. Wilkins is the most thorough and tailored experience I've ever had! It's not a cookie-cutter approach with a bunch of cracking my back and neck; rather, it is a lot investigating to provide me the most effective treatment. I LOVE that he uses applied kinesiology! He never rushes me out the door and gives me homework to do between visits. I feel like he genuinely wants me to get better. I would recommend this practice to anyone!!

I have had a wonderful experience working with Dr. Wilkins. After suffering with hip pain for several months I went to Total Health in Kennett. Dr Wilkins evaluated my muscle strength as well as my posture. Long story short after 2 sessions my pain symptoms have improved roughly 80%. Not only did Dr. Wilkins relieve the acute pain he also gave me an at home protocol to ensure lasting benefits. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Wilkins and the amazing staff at Total health to anyone looking to get out and stay out of pain.

Dr. Wilkins is hands down the best chiropractor I have ever had. And I’ve been seeing chiropractors for over four decades. Whatever specific issue I am having he is able to address it in a way that brings immediate relief and healing. Also his advice has always paid off and therefore I try to follow it consistently. The entire staff is quite knowledgeable as well as helpful, caring and courteous. I can’t say enough good things about Total Health. This has been an experience that has changed my life by changing how I physically and mentally feel DAILY.
The knowledge and understanding provided through this process in about 4 weeks has challenged me to be able to function without pain and exhaustion and overall feeling unwell.
I have spent 2-3 years with phantom issues that after many test and multiple drs. and high copays
I have answers and have seen ( visually ) the issues leave my body.
I am healed In areas I always thought would be in my life daily and actually learned to deal with the nerve pain Now I am able to see less inflammation throughout my body and no joint or muscle or nerve pain.

Been having a long term issue with my left shoulder. Painful when sleeping on it causing me to switch sides and disrupting my sleep. Dr Wilkins started working on it and after two visits the pain is gone. Still not 100 percent but getting there quickly.

Truly caring. Comfy office space. Friendly staff. They always look at the issues holistically and understand the human body, nutrition, and everything about healing. I highly recommend either one!

I came to see Dr. Wilkins and his wonderful staff after seeking treatment other places with no improvement. He has not only treated my neck issues, but has been a source of compassion and education on how to improve my stress level which was ultimately affecting my physical health. He has also referred me to a local physical therapist who specializes in PT for my issues so they could co-treat me. I am SO grateful for the help I've received from Dr. Wilkins and the staff at Total Health Center and I have absolutely recommended them to anyone who will listen!!
