Total Care Pharmacy is absolutely the best!! pharmacy around. A great neighborhood pharmacy that knows how to do customer service right. I had a doctors appointment today. The pharmacy is literally around the corner from my doctors office. Total Care Pharmacy always sends me a message when my prescription is ready but today I needed to get back home quickly. Unfortunately home is 30 min away. I decided to go straight to the pharmacy. I checked in. I was told RX had been received. It would be ready in 5-10 min. No other pharmacy is filling RX in that kind of time these days. ALL the big corporate pharmacies (CVS Walgreens etc) are taking 2 or more hours to fill an RX. The personal touch that I receive at Total Care Pharmacy is awesome. They are delivering service with the WOW factor. RX can be mailed no charge. My RX is a refrigerated RX. If I'm not going straight home they will give me an ice pack. Best of all the pharmacist (hes awesome!) is in plain view ready to answer any questions. Thank you TOTAL CARE pharmacy. Their name says it all....Total Care!

This Pharmacy is by far the BEST I have ever went to. I use to use Walgreens but they are so rude now and won't refill my prescriptions even if automatic. Total care Pharmacy mails all my refills before they are even due so I have them before I'd run out. They call and text to make sure I know they are being sent. I just love them.

I will never go back to a large chain pharmacy ever again. The customer service is the best, they order meds right away, you don’t have to keep bugging them to help you, they are so good at communication, they are so helpful with solving problems, and they treat their customers with respect and dignity. They have never judged me for the medications that I take. I do not have to call them for refills. The work on rxs right away. You never have to bug them. I am on so many medications and they manage them so well. I’m a very happy customer and I’m happy to support their business!!

I need to add: the only thing that is frustrating is their hours, so be careful if you really need something that you are able to get there in time. They close at 6:30 on weekdays. Sometimes, if circumstances prevent me from getting there in time, I’m left on a Saturday afternoon having to wait until Monday. It gets really frustrating. I wish they’d at least be open on Sundays

I've been with this pharmacy for years. They always have what you need. The staff and the pharmacist Andy and Armon really care. They are always really nice and professional I love love love them. And I wouldn't change my pharmacy TOTAL CARE PHARMACY for nothing five Stars and Two thumbs up and highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
