Today's Dental

I was dissatisfied with the service I received at the dental office. My son had a scheduled cleaning appointment, but he no longer had dental insurance. I inquired about the cost of the cleaning procedure without insurance coverage. The office informed me that the cost would be less than $100. However, at the time of check-out, I was unexpectedly charged $180. The dental assistant informed me that my son had consented to pay for the fluoride treatment, which had an additional cost of $54. She also stated that $126 of the cleaning cost was due. The assistant claimed that the estimate provided prior to the cleaning session was inaccurate. My son recounted that the hygienist inquired about his willingness to apply fluoride, and he was subsequently informed that the cost was $30. He accepted the treatment at the listed price. However, when I brought this matter to the attention of the dental assistant, she asserted that the fluoride treatment cost of $30 was the price applicable with insurance coverage. After careful consideration, I contacted the office to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the office had already closed for the day. I left a voicemail message requesting a callback, but I did not receive a response. Additionally, I have not yet received the receipt that was supposed to be sent via email.

Dr. Josh is a talent, thorough and runs a well organized administration. He and his assistant are meticulous in their work and extremely positive and friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Todays dental is very welcoming and kind. They were able to help me out with removing my wisdom teeth quickly. And provided exceptional after-care. Would recommend highly recommend ?

Woah- I have never met a more kind and compassionate dentist than Dr. Josh. It had been years since I’d been in so there was definitely shame on my part involved, but Dr. Josh and his team did everything they could to make me comfortable. It was an emergency appointment and the work he performed was imo, top notch and extremely gentle. I feel energized to continue my care now. The confidence one gets from a nice smile is the best. 10/10 Would recommend.

The office staff is very friendly and helpful. My hygienist is very professional and gentle. The Dentist also was very gentle and professional. I drive 2and a half hours to have my dental care done here at Today's Dental. I won't go anywhere else. I never have had a bad experience. Thank you .

One of their awesome hygienists, Jaimie, has been cleaning my teeth for well over a decade. She's encouraging, funny, professional, gentle and knowledgable. The staff is friendly, pricing is upfront and it's easy to schedule. The majority of my appointments have (thankfully) been cleanings and I have not required much else in the way of dental work, but the dentists are all very nice and professional. The office offers cosmetic services but I never feel like they're pushed or I'm being upsold. And Dr. Glass (who left to teach dental students) was the one who caught my husband's sleep apnea, so they definitely take all areas of oral health seriously at Today's Dental.

Today’s Dental is what every dental office should be!! The staff is really caring and supportive. The team of Drs Josh and Chao, their dental assistants, Pam in billing and Riley and Ingrid in scheduling, all go above and beyond to provide the best possible care for their patients!!

Been going for awhile to this clinic. They are very accommodating to my anxiety about dental issues. My hygienist, Jamie is awesome and really considerate to my teeth sensitivity. Office is clean and staff is friendly. Dr. Josh is professional and patient in explaining what is going on and what is needed. I recommend this office!
