If I could give less than one star I definitely would.
And this is specifically a review rating for the ER staff alone. The other departments are wonderful, including the lab services and imaging, etc. But the ER admissions staff, and the ER doctors are simply AWFUL. If you want to waste your time being ignored for hours to even be seen and then have a doctor come in the room and not even look at you when they dismiss what you are there for then this is the place for you! Not to mention the misdiagnosed critical situations that they miss, but thankfully there are other facilities for a second opinion if you don't want to let Titusville ER end up killing you. 🙄✌️

I had to get xrays and I seen Dr.Gates after that. Everyone from the time I walked in to the time I left was super friendly and beyond nice. Highly recommend going here if you don't already. You won't be disappointed with how you're treated from the front desk to the secretary. Drs are great and talk to you as a human being. What you have to say is important and you aren't just another number to them.

Very very pleased!! They were all kind and you can tell that they care!! Very clean as well!! Also very fast!! The whole visit was 2 hrs, that's signing in, being seen in triage, getting a room, an x ray then cat scan, iv blood work, and getting out!! Couldn't be happier!!

Just spent almost 5 hrs at Titusville hospital.with a guy bleeding from his head right beside us who came in 30 min aft us and was still waiting when we decided to take our health care somewhere where it's taken seriously. One lady waited over 5 hrs for paperwork. Do your jobs better. At least act like we are important not have us sign in sit down and shut up. Then when we let therly dared to ask us to sign an ama. Why what medical advice did we go against. We so no dra. No nurses. So there was no medical advice. The nerve. And they are deleting negative reviews.

I had to have some lab work done. Very friendly ladies greeted me inside the door and asked how they could help.
It was a super easy automated sign in process and I was in and out quickly with no problems other than the slight discomfort in my arm after they took my blood!!

We showed up in the ER while Erie was having a major snow storm. My husband was in extreme pain. The found what was wrong (something that is very rare) and had us on the Helicopter to the hospital that could help quickly. The ER staff was amazing!

I’ve been in and out of hospitals throughout of my life, but THIS hospital is the top of all of them. The amazing staff, the kindness, the way the doctors are thorough. Becca was my nurse in the ER and she was so comforting and you can tell she’s a woman who loves her job and has a heart to serve. Logan was my phleb and as a phleb myself… I’ve never been stuck with such tenderness and he did amazing both times he had to draw. Dr. Kramer was great and explained things well and was just absolutely thorough and kind.
Paige, the ultra sound tech was caring, warm, and kind. Katie was there when I needed her quickly and kindly. I’m sure I’m missing people.. but that doesn’t mean I didn’t appreciate them. This hospital… is being ran right with staff who have giant hearts. Thank you for taking care of me with so much kindness ❤️
