I had an excellent experience at Dr. Nichols' office. The staff is courteous and professional from the time you walk through the door until departure time. I have been a patient of Dr. Nichols' since the late 80's and I don't plan to change now. She has been providing excellent service for me and my family for a long time and we will continue to depend on her and her staff to provide the continued superb care that they have always given us. Dr. Nichols and her team are fantastic. I am new in the area and needed emergency dental work when my front tooth chipped. They were able to schedule me in the same day I called. The team was super nice and welcoming. She fixed my tooth and it looks even better than before it chipped. I will definitely stay as their client.

I hate going to the dentist, but with this group of professional ladies, I look forward to it. Dr Nichols is amazing. She is fast, efficient, knowledgeable and fun to be around. My upper partial is a perfect fit and it’s been over a year and not one adjustment. Root canal, no problem, pain all gone in two days. Staff is the best I’ve ever been around. I’ve found my home!

This was our first time at Dr. Nichols dental office and we absolutely had the best experience!!! We were treated with the upmost warm welcome when we arrived and had nothing but the nicest and obviously caring staff our entire visit!!! Thank you so much for making our first visit so amazing!!! My experience at Dr. Nichols was excellent. I worked in the dental field for 18 years, and am super picky: so am happy to report that Christy, the dental hygienist who did my six month cleaning is top notch with years of experience. I always expect the best from Dr. Nichols and her staff and am never disappointed.

Finding a new dentist in a new city is never fun. But once I got to my first appointment with Dr. Nichols, it was just that! The front desk staff was friendly and actually seemed to be glad I was there. Dinah was engaging, interesting, and made sure I knew exactly what was going on. Dr. Nichols was thorough, communicated with me, and took her time to make me feel welcome. I actually called my old dentist in Florida to tell him I was sorry, but he's been permanently replaced LOL!

This clinic is an answer to prayer. The professional caregivers for my teeth take great care to make me comfortable and help create a healthy and beautiful smile and they perform their task with joy. The last part is my favorite; with joy!!! Love this clinic!!!

Very friendly staff who know who I am when I walk in. They get my personality and silliness (nice) and the laughter is genuine. No need for laughing gas with us. Dr. Nichols listens to me and makes me feel comfortable about being in the dentist chair. I will and have recommended her to others that I ask for a dental referral. Five star dentist and office staff.
