The Springs of Premier Health & Rehabilitation

this place should be shut down. i was in for four days. i nearly died they skimp on food. could not provide me with wheelchair. they didnt have any. I fell in the restroom call button inoperative i crawled out out to the hall and laid in the floor to get help. i left dehydrated constipated and bleeding yes bleeding from a fall this is no place to live it is a place to die

My mom lives here and today we made her feel so special. My Auntie and Cousin sang songs and the other residents enjoyed all of the singing. My cousin Jermaine even had a talk with one of the residents and he told him he had a gift from God and to stop running.

My experience was wonderful, the building was clean, fresh and friendly, with lots of smiles and hellos from the staff and other visitors.

I can't say that my experience here was pleasant. Only because my friend was here at the end of his life. It was just his time. The staff were exceedingly caring, friendly, and helpful at all times. They took excellent care of my friend and he was comfortable in his last days. I was impressed with how clean the place was. Unlike many places such as this it didn't smell like urine. Infact, I never caught a trace of any foul odor. In my opinion, this is a top notch place and I would chose it for myself or my family\friends. I highly recommend it. To the staff: You guys are the best. Thanks for taking such good care of my friend Mark. He deserved it. He was a good guy.

Baptist hospital sent my mother here after breaking her hip. Supposedly for rehab. This place needs to be investigated. I had to threaten with calling the police,to get my mother a ambulance to the hospital. psych drugs to sedate when psych drugs were not needed . My mother died in the hospital.

I must say it was a very good visit with my dad today! He was moved from the ICU UNIT yesterday to the Spring of Premier and I wasn’t able to get up there yesterday but he had nothing but nice things to say about everybody he met. Today I got to see him and I must agree with him. So far so good!

Some of the CNA'S are very nice & caring to the residents. I keep a close watch on my sister. She don't care for the food anymore since Mr. Larry left. The Spring of Premier don't never have enough workers on duty. But it's still decent safe & clean place to be. My sister doesn't want to leave. I've tried to get her to but she's content and she love her room mate. She doesn't want to be Separated from her roommate. They are content with each other. And she's treated good there. I want have it no other way.

I have been so pleased with Premier. I was always greeted with a smile and a positive attitude. They quickly learned my husband’s special needs and he got excellent care. I feel like they went above and beyond in caring for my husband. The staff/Admin, front desk, nurses, CNA’s and housekeeping are all wonderful people. I got to know a lot of them. What they do is not easy. Where would we be without them. Thank you Premier!
