I have waited a number of months to write this review. My purpose in doing so is to try to be fair for all concerned. Now saying that I would never allow any of my loved ones to be a patient at this facility again. 2 of my close family members were patients here, both had negative results in the caring of their well being. Problems of untimely medication distribution, lack of basic attention and overall poor management by staff is some of my biggest concerns. Yes the food was poor, some meals never arrived and sanitation was horrible. All of this combined is not acceptable period, Springs management you can say what you want, but for the sake of future patients please correct these deficiencies. These are people who deserve better.

Mom had been there for 9 days. She developed a bed sore, never saw a doctor come there. Food was always cold. CNA's are overworked and in short supply. Rehabilitation needs to really check over care plans. Mom had a broken hip but they were working on her upper body. You can do a lot better for your loved one. Think twice before considering here.

My brother has been there for over a year. The nursing staff and aides are very friendly and helpful. I have eaten meals with him in the cafeteria several times and even the administrator was in there working to get all patients and guest served. The administration staff is always there to answer any questions I may have.

It was exceptionally nice in my opinion.! Very clean unlike most of the places I have been visiting in and even worked in. The staff was very friendly, I would highly recommend it to others. My brother was only there for a few days but his leaving was NOT due to any thing other than his family wanted him home.

Service has improved a lot over the past year. Mother-in-law says she gets good care except for nite girl. We enjoy our visit because she is relaxed and well cared for by your staff. Seems that everyone is friendly. She said meals should be served warmer and that sometimes she gets dairy products. She doesn’t like any dairy products and that is supposed to be in her record. She doesn’t have a lot to look forward to and the little things mean a lot to her routine.
