If I could rate this place lower than 1 star, I would because finding out that this place was under federal investigation, I wouldn’t have placed my mom here for rehab. This place says for “nursing home and rehab,” but I didn’t see any physical therapists, but I would say, I hope there aren’t any “rapists” as staff. Medical staff recommended me to take my mom to a therapist because she is traumatized from this “facility.” I would call to check on my mom, the phone rings for a very long time, the residents look like they’re highly medicated and there is so much more I could say, but if you love your family, DO NOT send them here. Thank you.

I have visited a few times. The home is always clean. The associates and nurses are always friendly. What I particularly liked about last night was when I entered tonight. I came in as a few visitors were leaving. The young lady noticed that and asked me very kindly about a couple of questions as a protection measure. I usually come in with a code. It made me feel the residents had an extra layer of protection. ❤️

Worst place for well being of any elderly person especially those who can not speak up for themselves. Do not enroll love ones here. Do all you can to find a much better place.

Springs on Barrow is a wonderful facility for your loved ones! The staff is superb and welcoming. Maintenance is willing and able to do pretty much anything to accommodate. The nurses here are caring and attentive. Leaving your loved ones in someone else’s care is difficult and stressful and I’m so happy we have found a safe place for my Dad!

The Springs at John Barrow took great care of my mom while she was there for rehab. Everyone was so nice and accommodating and kept us updated on her progress and recovery. Would recommend.

Had no clues that saint Vicent hospital of Little Rock Arkansas and John Barrow rehab facility are working together that they had my brother on hospice without telling us the truth. They found him a facility and told us that he will be getting therapy and none of those ever happened until the day he passed 22 days later after was there. Don’t take your love one there.
