Therapy is amazing at this facility. I believe the ladies names were Megan and princess that worked with my family member and they are just as sweet as can be. My family was able to come back home with us after a leg amputation. I will always recommend.

My neighbor's 54 year old son was a patient here Nov 2022. When he arrived his Mom found mice droppings in a drawer and someone else's clothes in another drawer in his room. He fell out of bed one night and turned his light on for help. No one came. He finally called 911 and the fire dept came and helped him. The manager on duty claimed she had left to get something to eat. His Mom reported it to the Supervisor the following day. 2 days later they called his Mom and said he had to go, his time was up, to come get him. His Mom got him and brought him home with her. His Mom took him to the ER St Bernard's in Jonesboro the next day. He was in ICU (he had covid and pneumonia). He only lived a short while after this.

Along with the friendly staff, the new management team seems to be putting so many positive changes in place! The residents are smiling and the staff and residents seem content. Great changes are taking place here!

The registration for getting Mom into The Springs went faster and easier then when she was there before.
Rhonda was very helpful with explaining the process and how things operated there.
She was willing to answer any questions I had spring there process.
The staff is very friendly and professional.

No concerns noted. Rooms were free of odor. A couple of rooms had a little trash on the floor. One room didn't have a trash bag in the trash can.
