I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. A and the entire team! Dr. A is an exceptional dentist who truly cares about their patients and ensures every visit is as comfortable and stress-free as possible. D, the hygienist, is fantastic—gentle, thorough, and always takes the time to explain and provide personalized care. Patty, the dental assistant, is amazing—professional, kind, and always attentive to every detail. Jackie in the front office is phenomenal, making scheduling and check-ins a breeze with her friendly and efficient service. From the moment you walk in to the time you leave, you're treated with genuine care and expertise. Highly recommend this incredible team for anyone seeking top-notch dental care!

I’ve recommended Smile Artists to several friends nearby! They are incredibly organized, friendly, and I never feel like I’m getting pushed into treatments I don’t need. Offices are clean and welcoming, and there’s an option to watch TV during your cleaning, which is a fun touch. They are also great about patient education and seem to genuinely care about their patients’ dental health.

Overall experience at this office was excellent from the staff who greeted me at the lobby to the amazing staff in the back. And don’t get me started about Dr.A super sweet and nice. She made sure to explain what was going to be done and answered all the questions I had. I love their environment it feels light and relaxing. The staff has an amazing vibe best experience!!! I moved to LA a couple of years ago and was so nervous about finding a new dentist but believe me they live up to their 5star reviews. The patient education here is unmatched! They are very thorough in the initial appointment to make sure you understand the health of your mouth and teach you how to better care for it. Everyone in the office was so kind and caring. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment!

Overall, great experience! As other reviews have mentioned, the attentiveness of the service stood out the most. I have no interest in cosmetic dentistry and just came in for a check-up, but even so I have never seen a hygienist talk through details of a basic cleaning with a patient at the level of depth of the hygienists here. Dr. A was very patient, and explained every treatment plan she was recommending. All of the staff are super thorough with their work - it definitely is not an in and out in an hour dentist office, but the trade-off of feeling truly valued as a patient is well worth it.

Only Nit-Picking Cons:

1. Parking in the building is $12+tax and is not validated. Pretty expensive compared to other Culver City garages for 2 hours of parking and the street parking in the surrounding couple blocks is super hard to get with lots streets having 1 hour limits. Just feels very callous that a dentist office billing hundreds of dollars services to insurance per visit will not pay for $12 of overpriced parking. Would strongly suggest to the business to work with the building on coming up with a better solution.

2. They send a follow-up email asking for a Google review after your visit. The email does not ask for a “good” review, and this is purely a personal opinion, but I am not a big fan when any businesses do this ever. I appreciate the self-confidence in their work and understand how important online reviews are to dentist offices, however immediately asking for them feels very pushy and tacky from a consumer perspective. Would keep this in mind when reading all the reviews here.

I really enjoyed being educated on both the “what & why” certain things or treatments are recommended rather than it been forced down my throat! I’m also an adult that enjoys some autonomy when it comes to the life choices I make and at The Smile Artists, while they have strong recommendations they’re also flexible enough to cater to MY preferences on how to proceed forward with. They are much appreciated
